Test boat removable fairing change-out device and method

Abstract

The application relates to a detachable fairing replacement device for a test ship and a replacement method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of ship manufacturing. The device comprises a test ship body, a fairing front mounting plate, a fairing upper mounting plate, an upper deck, a detachable fairing, a replacement assembly and a detachable fairing fixing seat; the fairing front mounting plate and the fairing upper mounting plate are mounted at the bottom of the test ship body and are matched with the contact end of the detachable fairing respectively; the top of the test ship body is provided with the upper deck, and the replacement assembly is mounted on the upper deck; the fairing front mounting plate and the fairing upper mounting plate are provided with the detachable fairing fixing seat, and the detachable fairing fixing seat is used for dismounting or mounting the detachable fairing. The application can conveniently, reliably and safely replace various underwater acoustic instrument devices in the fairing of the test ship during sea trial, greatly saves the test cost, shortens the test time and improves the test efficiency.
