A piston ring installation device for multi-model compatibility

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of automatic assembly of automobile engines, and particularly relates to a piston ring mounting device for multiple models. The piston ring mounting device comprises a top mounting assembly, a support body, a bottom fixing device and a model changing platform. The bottom fixing device comprises a fixed bottom plate, a model changing guide rail arranged on the fixed bottom plate, a ring pushing driving device, a model changing driving device and a ring withdrawing driving device. The fixed bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the support body, and the model changing guide rail is arranged at the top of the fixed bottom plate. The model changing platform is slidably connected with the model changing guide rail and connected with the ring pushing driving device and the model changing driving device. The model changing platform is used for storing, mounting and changing the piston ring. The top mounting assembly is arranged at the top of the support body and connected with the ring withdrawing driving device. The top mounting assembly is used for pushing the piston ring to exit the mounting station. The piston ring mounting device can be used for mounting multiple models of piston rings. The model changing platform can be quickly switched, the situation of using special machines for special purposes is reduced, and the operation difficulty of workers is reduced.
