Cement grinding aid and method of making same

Abstract

The application discloses a cement grinding aid, which is made of the following raw materials in parts by weight: alcohol amine compound 10-20 parts, polyacrylamide 1-3 parts, modified fly ash 10-20 parts, butyl benzene copolymer emulsion 10-20 parts, pentaerythritol triacrylate 6-10 parts, glycerol 20-40 parts and water 400-600 parts. The application uses solid waste fly ash as a raw material for modification and application, on the one hand, improves the utilization rate of solid waste and reduces the production cost, and on the other hand, the surface of the modified fly ash has special functional group structures which can better form relatively uniform particle materials with the mineralized substances on the surface of cement clinker through adsorption, increase the surface energy, improve the grindability of the materials and the cement output per hour. In addition, the modified fly ash and butyl benzene copolymer emulsion jointly act to enhance the 28-day compressive and flexural strength of cement, and can also significantly reduce the chlorine ion content of the cement out of the mill, prolong the service life of cement-based materials.
