A pulverizer in an ultrafine pulverizing device

Abstract

The pulverizer in the ultrafine pulverizing device provided by this invention includes a vertical shaft that is rotatably arranged in the vertical direction and extends out of the housing of the ultrafine pulverizing device, multiple pulverizing mechanisms connected to the vertical shaft, and a first driving member for driving the vertical shaft to rotate. By arranging the multiple pulverizing mechanisms vertically along the vertical shaft, each pulverizing mechanism includes a cutter disc on the vertical shaft, multiple pulverizing blades on the cutter disc, and a toothed ring sleeved on the outer circumference of the cutter disc. A pulverizing gap is formed between the pulverizing blades and the toothed ring, and the toothed ring is fixed to the housing. The outer diameter of the toothed ring of the lower pulverizing mechanism is larger than that of the upper pulverizing mechanism, and the pulverizing gap of the lower pulverizing mechanism is larger than that of the upper pulverizing mechanism. After screening out materials with larger particles, the screened materials can be pulverized again using multiple pulverizing mechanisms to improve the fineness and pulverizing efficiency of the materials.
