A method of replenishing a flow line using a robot

Abstract

The application discloses a method for feeding a pipeline by using a robot, the pipeline comprises a material guide groove, the pipeline feeding robot comprises a master control unit, an execution unit, a speed measurement unit, a distance measurement unit and a feeding unit, and the feeding method comprises the following steps: acquiring the positions of the execution unit, the speed measurement unit, the distance measurement unit, the feeding unit and the pipeline respectively, planning a material receiving interval position of the pipeline for receiving workpieces fed by the execution unit, a standby position of the execution unit for suspending the workpieces in front of the material receiving interval and waiting for feeding, and storing the above position information into the master control unit; and the master control unit generates a workpiece taking trajectory and a workpiece feeding trajectory, and controls the execution unit to feed the work space in the pipeline. By using the method, the robot can feed the work space in the high-speed pipeline, and the method has the advantages of fast feeding speed, good stability of the workpieces fed into the pipeline, no influence on other workpieces on the pipeline and the like.
