Transfer method for coating aluminum paper

Abstract

The embodiment of the present application relates to the technical field of packaging bags, and discloses a transfer method aluminum-plated paper composite process, which comprises the following steps: coating a release liquid on a base material to form a uniform release layer on the base material; under a vacuum environment, carrying out film plating on the release layer by gaseous aluminum to form a uniform aluminum-plated layer on the release layer, thereby obtaining an aluminum-plated base material; bonding the aluminum-plated layer of the aluminum-plated base material on original paper to obtain an aluminum-plated base material paper; stripping the base material with the release layer from the aluminum-plated base material paper, leaving the original paper with the bonded aluminum-plated layer, thereby obtaining a product. The base material is coated with the release layer, and film plating is carried out on the release layer, so that the surface of the base material and the release liquid is relatively smooth and flat, and the glossiness of the aluminum-plated layer is good, and the surface is flat and uniform. The release layer improves the adhesion between the base material and the aluminum-plated film, ensures that the aluminum-plated layer can be completely separated from the base material, and can be completely transferred to the original paper, thereby obtaining the aluminum-plated paper with good glossiness and flatness. The barrier property of the aluminum-plated paper is ensured.
