Abstract

The present invention discloses an order-preserving communication method, apparatus, device and storage medium, which relates to the field of information communication, including: adding a target message sent by a first upper-layer business end to a local sending queue and a queue to be confirmed, and configuring a target sending sequence number for the target message; transmitting the target message to a message receiving end, so that after the message receiving end receives the target message, it determines the position to be inserted in the local receiving queue of the target message based on the target sending sequence number, inserts the target message, and then notifies the second upper-layer business end to process the message; receives the heartbeat message sent by the message receiving end, and determines whether the current latest receiving sequence number contained therein is less than the target sending sequence number; if not, confirms that the target message has been processed, removes the target message from the queue to be confirmed, and notifies the first upper-layer business end that the target message has been processed. In this way, the order-preserving mechanism of communication messages can be realized by increasing the sending sequence number.
