The method is applied to process monitoring of laboratory reaction equipment, and comprises the following steps: S100, acquiring a plurality of first monitoring data and a plurality of second monitoring data of a first type and a second type of monitoring sensor in a first time period; S200, determining a to-be-converted time domain data set and a non-converted time domain data set; S300, converting the to-be-converted time domain data set into a frequency domain data set; S400, constructing an N-order data analysis matrix; S500, performing stability analysis on the N-order data analysis matrix to obtain a process analysis result of the laboratory reaction equipment. The technical scheme can accurately judge whether the reaction process of the laboratory reaction equipment is stable based on multi-source multi-dimensional real-time sensing data of different domains, so as to provide a stable reaction environment for partial precision experiments, chemical test experiments and the like.
