[0005] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Publication No. 2019-100643 Summary of the invention
[0006] -Technical problem to be solved by the invention-
[0007] The inventors of the present application have invented the following structure.
[0008] A heat insulating member is provided on the inner surface of the top plate of the shell constituting the unit. The heat exchanger is fixed to the top plate of the shell by a supporting member. Specifically, an opening is formed in the heat insulating member, so that the fixing portion of the supporting member is fixed to the top plate through the opening.
[0009] In this structure, the opening is designed to be slightly larger than the fixing portion of the support member in consideration of manufacturing errors and assembly errors of the heat insulating member. Therefore, the area on the inner surface of the top plate between the edge formed by the opening and the fixing portion of the support member is exposed to the inner space of the housing. As a result, moisture in the air may condense on the surface of this area to produce condensation water.
[0010] On the other hand, when the heat transfer tube of the heat exchanger is made of aluminum, the ionization tendency of the heat transfer tube is higher than that of the top plate made of iron-based materials. In this case, if the condensed water generated in the area of the top plate flows along the supporting member to the heat exchanger, it may cause electrical corrosion of the heat transfer tube.
[0011] An object of the present disclosure is to suppress the electrical corrosion of a heat exchanger supported by a support member.
[0012] -Technical solutions for solving technical problems-
[0013] The first aspect relates to a constituent unit of an air-conditioning device, the constituent unit of the air-conditioning device comprising a shell 35, a heat exchanger 65, an insulating component 70, a supporting component 75 and a suppressing component 90, the shell 35 having a top plate 36a made of a metal material, the heat exchanger 65 being arranged in the shell 35 and having a heat transfer tube 66, the heat transfer tube 66 being made of a metal material having an ionization tendency higher than that of the top plate 36a, the insulating component 70 covering the inner surface of the top plate 36a and having an opening 73, the supporting component 75 supporting the heat exchanger 65 and having a fixing portion 79, the fixing portion 79 being fixed to a portion of the inner surface of the top plate 36a located inside the opening 73, and the suppressing component 90 suppressing condensation water from flowing from a first region R1 to the supporting component 75, the first region R1 being a region of the inner surface of the top plate 36a located between a first edge 73a formed by the opening 73 and the fixing portion 79.
[0014] According to the first aspect, the ionization tendency of the heat transfer tube 66 of the heat exchanger 65 is higher than the ionization tendency of the top plate 36a of the housing 35. However, the suppression member 90 suppresses the flow of condensed water from the first region R1, which is a region of the inner surface of the top plate 36a between the first edge 73a formed by the opening 73 and the fixing portion 79, toward the support member 75. Therefore, the occurrence of electrical corrosion in the heat transfer tube 66 can be suppressed.
[0015] According to a second aspect, in addition to the first aspect, the suppression member (90) suppresses the condensation water generated in the first region (R1) from flowing toward the support member (75).
[0016] According to the second aspect, even if condensed water is generated in the first region ( R1 ), the suppression member ( 90 ) suppresses the condensed water from flowing toward the support member ( 75 ).
[0017] A third aspect is the second aspect, wherein the suppression member 90 includes a protrusion 92 extending downward from the first region R1 .
[0018] According to the third aspect, even if dew condensation water is generated in the first region R1 , the protrusion 92 as the suppression member 90 can prevent the dew condensation water from flowing toward the support member 75 .
[0019] A fourth aspect is based on the third aspect, wherein the suppression member 90 includes a protrusion 92 and a base 93 , the base 93 is smaller in height than the protrusion 92 , and is formed between the protrusion 92 and the fixing portion 79 .
[0020] According to the fourth aspect, even if condensation occurs in the first region R1, the protrusion 92 can prevent the condensation from flowing toward the support member 75. The base 93 reduces the area of the first region R1 exposed to the inner space of the housing 35. Therefore, the condensation can be suppressed in the first region R1.
[0021] According to a fifth aspect, in the third aspect, the protrusion (92) is formed so as to extend to the fixing portion (79).
[0022] According to the fifth aspect, the area of the first region R1 covered by the protrusion 92 increases, and the area of the first region R1 exposed to the internal space of the housing 35 decreases. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the generation of condensation water in the first region R1.
[0023] According to a sixth aspect, in the first aspect, the suppression member (90) suppresses the generation of condensed water in the first region (R1), thereby suppressing the flow of condensed water from the first region (R1) to the support member (75).
[0024] According to the sixth aspect, the suppression member 90 suppresses the occurrence of condensed water in the first region R1 , thereby suppressing the occurrence of electrical corrosion in the heat transfer tube 66 .
[0025] A seventh aspect is based on the sixth aspect, wherein the suppression member 90 is formed separately from the heat insulating member 70 , and the suppression member 90 includes an auxiliary heat insulating member 98 covering the first region R1 .
[0026] According to the seventh aspect, by covering the first region ( R1 ) with the auxiliary heat insulating member ( 98 ), it is possible to suppress the occurrence of condensation water in the first region ( R1 ).
[0027] According to an eighth aspect, in any one of the first to seventh aspects, the suppression member (90) includes an intermediate portion (95) located between the top plate (36a) and the fixing portion (79).
[0028] According to the eighth aspect, the intermediate portion 95 is provided between the top plate 36a and the fixing portion 79. Therefore, the occurrence of condensation water can be suppressed in the portion where the fixing portion 79 is located on the inner surface of the top plate 36a.
[0029] A ninth aspect is based on the eighth aspect, wherein the constituent unit of the air conditioning apparatus includes a fastening member 85 that fastens the fixing portion 79 and the intermediate portion 95 to the top plate 36 a .
[0030] According to the ninth aspect, by fastening the fastening member 85 to the top plate 36 a , the intermediate portion 95 of the suppression member 90 and the support member 75 can be easily fixed to the top plate 36 a .
[0031] In the tenth aspect, based on the ninth aspect, the hardness of the middle portion (95) is higher than the hardness of the heat insulating component (70).
[0032] According to the tenth aspect, it is possible to suppress damage to the intermediate portion 95 caused by the fastening of the fastening member 85 .
[0033] According to the eleventh aspect, based on the ninth aspect or the tenth aspect, a fastening hole 80 for the fastening component 85 to pass through is formed on the fixing portion 79, and the constituent unit of the air-conditioning device includes a fixing part 86 made of resin, and the fixing part 86 is arranged on the lower side of the fixing portion 79 and is fixed by the fastening component 85 in a manner to seal the gap C, and the gap C is a gap between the second edge 80a formed by the fastening hole 80 and the fastening component 85.
[0034] According to the eleventh aspect, when condensed water is generated on the top plate 36 a side, the fixing member 86 can prevent the condensed water from moving toward the support member 75 side through the fastening hole 80 of the fixing portion 79 .

The indoor heat exchanger 65 is arranged in the secondary space 37b. The indoor heat exchanger 65 exchanges heat between the air passing from the inside to the outside of the indoor heat exchanger 65 and the refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit.
[0073] The indoor heat exchanger 65 has a plurality of fins 67 and a heat transfer tube 66 penetrating the plurality of fins 67 in the plate thickness direction. The refrigerant flows inside the heat transfer tube 66. The fin 67 is a heat transfer member that promotes heat exchange between the refrigerant and the air.
[0074] (3-5) Water tray
[0075] The water tray 55 is a component made of so-called polystyrene foam. Figure 4 As shown, the water receiving pan 55 is arranged to block the lower end of the housing body 36. A water receiving groove 56 is formed on the upper surface of the water receiving pan 55 along the lower end of the indoor heat exchanger 65. The lower end of the indoor heat exchanger 65 enters the water receiving groove 56. The water receiving groove 56 receives condensed water generated in the indoor heat exchanger 65.
[0076] like Figure 2As shown, four main blowing passages 57 and four auxiliary blowing passages 58 are formed in the water receiving tray 55. The main blowing passages 57 and the auxiliary blowing passages 58 are passages through which air passing through the indoor heat exchanger 65 flows, and penetrate the water receiving tray 55 in the up-down direction.
[0077] The main blow-out passage 57 is a through hole with an elongated rectangular cross section. One main blow-out passage 57 is arranged along each of the four sides of the housing body 36. [0084] (4) Operation
[0085] The air conditioner 10 selectively performs cooling operation and heating operation.
[0086] (4-1) Refrigeration operation
[0087] In cooling operation, the four-way reversing valve 22 is set to the first state, and the refrigerant circulates in the refrigerant circuit 11. In the refrigerant circuit 11, the outdoor heat exchanger 23 functions as a radiator, and the indoor heat exchanger 31 functions as an evaporator. The indoor unit 30 cools the air sucked from the indoor space in the indoor heat exchanger 31, and then blows the cooled air into the indoor space.
[0088] (4-2) Heating operation
[0089] In the heating operation, the four-way reversing valve 22 is set to the second state, and the refrigerant circulates in the refrigerant circuit 11. In the refrigerant circuit 11, the indoor heat exchanger 31 functions as a radiator, and the outdoor heat exchanger 23 functions as an evaporator. The indoor unit 30 heats the air drawn from the indoor space in the indoor heat exchanger 31, and then blows the heated air into the indoor space.
[0090] (4-3) Air flow in the indoor unit
[0091] During the operation of the indoor unit, the indoor fan 50 rotates. When the indoor fan 50 rotates, the indoor air in the indoor space flows into the primary space 37a in the casing 35 through the suction port 41. The air flowing into the primary space 37a is sucked by the indoor fan 50 and blown out to the secondary space 37b.
[0092] The air flowing into the secondary space 37b is cooled or heated in the process of passing through the indoor heat exchanger 65, and then flows into the four main blowing passages 57 and the four auxiliary blowing passages 58. The air flowing into the main blowing passage 57 is blown into the indoor space through the main blowing opening 42. The air flowing into the auxiliary blowing passage 58 is blown into the indoor space through the auxiliary blowing opening 43.
[0093] (5) Features
[0094] The indoor unit 30 of the air conditioning device 10 of this embodiment includes a heat insulating shell 70, a support member 75, a fastening member 85, and a suppression member 90. The heat insulating shell 70 is provided inside the shell 35 of the indoor unit 30. The support member 75 is fixed to the top plate 36a of the shell 35, and supports the indoor heat exchanger 65 as a heat exchanger. The suppression member 90 suppresses the flow of condensed water toward the support member 75. For details of these structures, refer to Figures 4 to 8 It should be noted that in the following description, the statements indicating directions related to "up", "down", "right", "left", "front", and "back" are generally used in the following manner. Figure 5 The direction indicated by the arrow is used as the reference.
[0095] (5-1) Insulation Shell
[0096] like Figure 4 As shown, the insulating shell 70 covers the inner surface of the shell body 36. The insulating shell 70 is an insulating component made of so-called polystyrene foam. The insulating shell 70 is a rectangular box-shaped component with an open bottom. The insulating shell 70 has a top plate side insulating portion 71 formed on the inner side of the top plate 36a, and a side plate side insulating portion 72 formed on the inner side of each side plate 36b. The insulating shell 70 suppresses the formation of condensation water on the inner surface of the top plate 36a. Specifically, the insulating shell 70 covers the inner surface of the top plate 36a, thereby suppressing the inner surface from being exposed to the internal space of the shell 35. As a result, the air is suppressed from cooling to below the dew point temperature on the inner surface of the top plate 36a, thereby suppressing the formation of condensation water on the inner surface.
[0097] The heat-insulating shell 70 is provided with an opening 73 for fixing the support member 75 to the top plate 36a. Specifically, the top plate-side heat-insulating portion 71 of the heat-insulating shell 70 is provided with an opening 73 corresponding to a portion to which the support member 75 is fixed. The indoor unit 30 of this example includes a plurality of support members 75. The heat-insulating shell 70 is provided with a plurality of openings 73 corresponding to the plurality of support members 75, respectively.
[0098] The opening 73 exposes the inner surface of the top plate 36a to the internal space of the housing 35. Thus, when the heat insulating case 70 is installed in the housing 35, the support member 75 can be fixed to the top plate 36a through the opening 73.
[0099] (5-2) Supporting parts
[0100] like Figure 5 As shown, the support member 75 is arranged inside the housing 35, inside the indoor heat exchanger 65. In other words, the support member 75 is arranged in the primary space 37a on the upstream side of the indoor heat exchanger 65 in the air flow direction. The indoor unit 30 of this example has three support members 75, which are omitted from the illustration. Each support member 75 is provided corresponding to a different side of the indoor heat exchanger 65.
[0101] The support member 75 is formed in a plate shape extending in the vertical direction. The support member 75 is formed by folding back a metal plate. The support member 75 includes a main body plate 76 , a lower plate 77 , a vertical plate 78 , and an upper plate 79 .
[0102] The main body plate 76 extends in the vertical direction along the inner side surface of the indoor heat exchanger 65. The main body plate 76 is formed in a rectangular plate shape that is vertically long. First folded portions 76a that protrude forward are formed on both left and right sides of the main body plate 76.
[0103] The lower plate 77 extends rearward from the lower end of the main plate 76 along the lower surface of the indoor heat exchanger 65. The vertical plate 78 extends upward from the rear end of the lower plate 77 along the outer surface of the indoor heat exchanger 65. The indoor heat exchanger 65 is held between the main plate 76, the lower plate 77, and the vertical plate 78. In other words, the support member 75 has a hook portion that supports the indoor heat exchanger 65 from the lower side.
[0104] The upper plate 79 extends forward from the upper end of the main body plate 76. The upper plate 79 extends to the side opposite to the indoor heat exchanger 65. The upper plate 79 constitutes a fixing portion for fixing the support member 75 to the top plate 36a. In a planar view, the upper plate 79 is formed in a rectangular shape. A second folded portion 79a protruding downward is formed at the front end, right end, and left end of the upper plate 79, respectively.
[0105] The opening 73 is formed on the heat insulating case 70 at a position corresponding to the upper plate 79. In other words, the upper plate 79 is located inside the opening 73.
[0106] The upper plate 79 has a first fastening hole 80 through which the fastening member 85 is inserted. The first fastening hole 80 is formed by penetrating the upper plate 79 in the thickness direction of the upper plate 79. The first fastening hole 80 is formed in a circular shape in a planar view.
[0107] (5-3) Fastening parts
[0108] The fastening member 85 is a member for fixing the support member 75 to the top plate 36a. The fastening member 85 may be a screw, or a bolt or a nut. By tightening the fastening member 85, the upper plate 79 of the support member 75 is fixed to the top plate 36a.
[0109] (5-4) Relationship between ionization tendencies of main components
[0110] The shell 35 and the support member 75 are made of an iron-based metal material. In contrast, the heat transfer tube 66 and the fin 67 of the indoor heat exchanger 65 are made of an aluminum-based metal material. Therefore, the ionization tendency of the heat transfer tube 66 is higher than the ionization tendency of the top plate 36a. In addition, the ionization tendency of the heat transfer tube 66 is higher than the ionization tendency of the support member 75. The ionization tendency of the support member 75 is the same as or lower than that of the top plate 36a. The ionization tendency of the fastening member 85 is the same as or lower than that of the top plate 36a. The materials of these components are only examples, and other materials may also be used.
[0111] (5-5) Condensation
[0112] Considering manufacturing and assembly errors, the heat insulating shell 70 is designed so that the size of its opening 73 is slightly larger than the size of the upper plate 79 in a plan view. This is because if the upper plate 79 is misaligned with the opening 73 due to these errors, the upper plate 79 may not be fixed to the top plate 36a.
[0113] If the size of the opening 73 is set slightly larger in this way, a region (hereinafter referred to as the first region R1) is formed on the inner surface of the top plate 36a between the first edge 73a formed by the opening 73 and the upper plate 79. When the first region R1 of the top plate 36a is exposed to the inner space of the housing 35 due to this factor, the air is cooled in the first region R1 and condensation water may be generated.
[0114] As described above, the heat transfer tube 66 is made of a material having a higher ionization tendency than the top plate 36a. Therefore, if condensation water flows from the first region R1 to the heat transfer tube 66 via the support member 75, the heat transfer tube 66 may be electrolytically corroded.
[0115] (5-6) Suppression components
[0116] In consideration of the above, the indoor unit 30 of this embodiment is provided with a suppressing member 90 for suppressing condensation water from flowing from the first region R1 to the support member 75 . The suppressing member 90 suppresses condensation water generated in the first region R1 from flowing to the support member 75 .
[0117] The suppression member 90 is made of a resin material. The suppression member 90 is preferably made of a heat insulating material. The hardness of the suppression member 90 is higher than the hardness of the heat insulating case 70.
[0118] like Figure 6 to Figure 8 As shown, the suppression member 90 is arranged inside the opening 73 of the heat insulating case 70. The suppression member 90 has a side portion 91 located in the first region R1 of the top plate 36a and a middle portion 95 located between the top plate 36a and the upper plate 79.
[0119] The side portion 91 of the suppression member 90 has a protrusion 92 and a base 93. The suppression member 90 of this embodiment has a plurality of protrusions 92 so as to surround the upper plate 79. One protrusion 92 is provided at each position corresponding to the side of the upper plate 79. The protrusion 92 is formed in a plate shape. The protrusion 92 extends downward from the first region R1.
[0120] Specifically, the plurality of protrusions 92 of the present embodiment are composed of a first protrusion 92A, a second protrusion 92B, and a third protrusion 92C. In the first region R1 of the present embodiment, the areas of the front side portion, the right side portion, and the left side portion of the upper plate 79 are relatively large. In the present embodiment, three protrusions 92 are provided in a one-to-one correspondence with these portions. The first protrusion 92A is located on the front side of the upper plate 79. The first protrusion 92A extends in the left-right direction along the front edge of the upper plate 79. The second protrusion 92B is located on the right side of the upper plate 79. The second protrusion 92B extends in the front-to-back direction along the right edge of the upper plate 79. The third protrusion 92C is located on the left side of the upper plate 79. The third protrusion 92C extends in the front-to-back direction along the left edge of the upper plate 79.
[0121] The height of the base 93 in the vertical direction is smaller than the height of the protrusion 92 in the vertical direction. In a planar view, the base 93 is formed between the protrusion 92 and the upper plate 79. In other words, in a planar view, the base 93 is formed to span the protrusion 92 and the upper plate 79.
[0122] The middle portion 95 is provided between the top plate 36a and the upper plate 79. The middle portion 95 covers the area of the inner surface of the top plate 36a which is located on the upper side (back side) of the upper plate 79. In a planar view, the middle portion 95 is formed in a rectangular shape. The hardness of the middle portion 95 is higher than the hardness of the heat insulating shell 70. A second fastening hole 96 for inserting the fastening member 85 is formed in the middle portion 95. In a planar view, the second fastening hole 96 is formed in a circular shape. The center of the second fastening hole 96 substantially coincides with the center of the first fastening hole 80. The inner diameter of the second fastening hole 96 is smaller than the inner diameter of the first fastening hole 80.
[0123] (5-7) Installation of indoor heat exchanger
[0124] The indoor heat exchanger 65 is supported on the top plate 36a through the following steps.
[0125] First, the heat insulating shell 70 is installed inside the housing 35. Next, the indoor heat exchanger 65 is hung on the hook portion of the support member 75. Then, the suppression member 90 and the upper plate 79 of the support member 75 are positioned at the opening 73 of the heat insulating shell 70. The middle portion 95 of the suppression member 90 is sandwiched between the upper plate 79 and the top plate 36a, and the axis of the first fastening hole 80 coincides with the axis of the second fastening hole 96. In this state, the fastening member 85 is fastened to the top plate 36a. Thus, the suppression member 90 and the support member 75 are fixed to the top plate 36a by the fastening member 85.
[0126] (6) Effects of Implementation
[0127] The suppression member 90 suppresses the condensation water from flowing from the first region R1, which is a region on the inner surface of the top plate 36a between the first edge 73a of the opening 73 and the upper plate 79, to the support member 75. Specifically, the suppression member 90 suppresses the condensation water generated in the first region R1 from flowing to the support member 75. Thus, the condensation water generated in the first region R1 can be suppressed from flowing to the aluminum heat transfer tube 66 via the support member 75, and thus the occurrence of electrical corrosion of the heat transfer tube 66 can be suppressed.
[0128] More specifically, the suppression member 90 has a protrusion 92 extending downward from the first region R1. Therefore, when condensation water is generated in a portion of the first region R1 that is located on the side opposite to the upper plate 79 across the side portion 91, the protrusion 92 can prevent the condensation water from reaching the upper plate 79. Specifically, since the condensation water falls downward along the side of the protrusion 92, the condensation water can be suppressed from moving to the upper plate 79. Therefore, the condensation water generated in the first region R1 can be suppressed from flowing toward the support member 75.
[0129] The suppression member 90 includes a protrusion 92 and a base 93 having a height smaller than that of the protrusion 92 and formed between the protrusion 92 and the upper plate 79 .
[0130] The protrusions 92 can suppress the condensation water generated in the first region R1 from reaching the upper plate 79. Furthermore, the base 93 can suppress the condensation water from being generated near the upper plate 79. Therefore, the condensation water can be further suppressed from flowing from the first region R1 to the support member 75.
[0131] The suppression member 90 includes an intermediate portion 95 located between the top plate 36a and the upper plate 79. The intermediate portion 95 covers a portion of the inner surface of the top plate 36a located on the back side of the upper plate 79. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the generation of condensation water in this portion. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the condensation water from flowing to the support member 75 through the second fastening hole 96 and the first fastening hole 80.
[0132] Since the base portion 93 and the intermediate portion 95 are continuously formed as one body, it is possible to simultaneously suppress the generation of condensation water from the vicinity of the upper plate 79 to the back side of the upper plate 79 in the first region R1.
[0133] The indoor unit 30 includes a fastening member 85 that fastens the upper plate 79 to the top plate 36a together with the intermediate portion 95. Therefore, the suppression member 90 and the support member 75 can be simultaneously fixed to the top plate 36a by fastening the fastening member 85. In addition, the suppression member 90 can be easily aligned to a position corresponding to the upper plate 79.
[0134] The hardness of the middle portion 95 is higher than that of the heat insulating case 70. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the damage of the middle portion 95 or the suppression member 90 caused by fastening by the fastening member 85. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the generation of condensation water on the back side of the upper plate 79 due to damage of the middle portion 95.
[0135] The suppression member 90 is made of a resin material. Therefore, it is possible to suppress corrosion of the suppression member 90 due to condensation water. By making the suppression member 90 of a heat insulating material, it is possible to suppress the generation of condensation water in the portion of the top plate 36a covered by the suppression member 90.
[0136] (7) Modification
[0137] The above-mentioned embodiment may also adopt the following structure. In the following description, the difference from the above-mentioned embodiment is described.
[0138] (7-1) Modification 1
[0139] like Fig. 9 As shown, the suppression component 90 of modification 1 is an auxiliary heat insulating component 98. The auxiliary heat insulating component 98 is composed of another component that is separate from the heat insulating shell 70. The auxiliary heat insulating component 98 is arranged inside the opening 73 in a manner covering the first region R1. The auxiliary heat insulating component 98 can be made of the same material as the heat insulating shell 70, or can be made of a material different from the heat insulating shell 70. The auxiliary heat insulating component 98 can cover the entire area of the first region R1, or can cover a part of the first region R1. The auxiliary heat insulating component 98 suppresses the generation of condensation water in the first region R1, thereby suppressing the condensation water from flowing from the first region R1 to the support component 75. As a result, the electrical corrosion of the heat transfer tube 66 can be suppressed.
[0140] The auxiliary heat insulating member 98 has a smaller volume than the heat insulating case 70. Therefore, the auxiliary heat insulating member 98 has smaller manufacturing errors and assembly errors than the heat insulating case 70. Thus, the auxiliary heat insulating member 98 can be accurately arranged inside the opening 73.
[0141] (7-2) Modification 2
[0142] like Fig.10As shown, in modification 2, in addition to the structure of the above-mentioned embodiment, a fixing member 86 made of resin is further included. The fixing member 86 is a so-called washer made of resin. The fixing member 86 is arranged between the head 85a of the fastening member 85 and the upper plate 79. A hole is formed on the fixing member 86 for inserting the threaded portion 85b of the fastening member 85. The fixing member 86 is fixed by the fastening member 85 in a manner to seal the gap C, which is a gap between the second edge 80a formed by the first fastening hole 80 of the upper plate 79 and the threaded portion 85b of the fastening member 85. The fixing member 86 suppresses the condensation water generated on the top plate 36a side from flowing toward the support member 75 through the gap C. Therefore, the electrical corrosion of the heat transfer tube 66 can be suppressed. By making the fixing member 86 from a resin material, the corrosion of the fixing member 86 can also be suppressed.
[0143] (7-3) Modification 3
[0144] like Fig.11 As shown, in the third modification, a notch 95a is formed in the center of the middle portion 95 of the suppression member 90 of the embodiment. The notch 95a is a circular opening that enlarges the inner diameter of the second fastening hole 96 of the embodiment. In the third modification, the upper plate 79 and the top plate 36a are in contact with each other through the notch 95a. Specifically, Fig.11 As schematically shown in FIG. 8 , in this example, as the fastening member 85 is fastened, the central portion of the upper plate 79 is pushed toward the top plate 36a side. As a result, the second edge 80a of the upper plate 79 contacts the top plate 36a. Here, the top plate 36a is grounded. Therefore, by making the top plate 36a contact the support member 75, the top plate 36a, the support member 75, and the heat exchanger 65 can be grounded. As a result, it is possible to suppress sparks or electric shock to operators due to the indoor heat exchanger 65 being charged.
[0145] (8) Other Implementation Methods
[0146] In the above-described embodiment and modified examples, the following structures may be adopted.
[0147] The support member 75 and the suppression member 90 may be provided in the outdoor unit 20 as a constituent unit. In this case, the support member 75 supports the outdoor heat exchanger 23 as a heat exchanger.
[0148] The support member 75 may be disposed outside the indoor heat exchanger 65. In other words, the support member 75 may be disposed in the secondary space 37b on the downstream side of the indoor heat exchanger 65 in the air flow direction.
[0149] The suppression member 90 may also be made of a metal material. In this case, the ionization tendency of the suppression member 90 is preferably the same as or lower than the ionization tendency of the top plate 36a. The potential difference between the suppression member 90 and the indoor heat exchanger 65 is preferably smaller than the potential difference between the top plate 36a and the indoor heat exchanger 65.
[0150] The suppression member 90 may include one, two, or four or more protrusions 92. When there are four protrusions 92, preferably, one protrusion 92 is disposed corresponding to each of the four sides of the upper plate 79.
[0151] like Fig.12 As shown, the protrusion 92 of the embodiment may also extend to the upper plate 79. The suppression member 90 of this structure does not have the base 93 shorter than the protrusion 92 in the above embodiment. The height of the protrusion 92 is equal overall. Under this structure, the area of the first region R1 covered by the protrusion 92 becomes larger, and the area of the first region R1 exposed to the internal space of the housing 35 becomes smaller. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the generation of condensation water in the first region R1.
[0152] The above embodiments and variations are described, but it should be understood that various changes can be made to the form and specific circumstances without departing from the spirit and scope of the claims. In addition, the elements of the above embodiments, variations, and other embodiments may be appropriately combined or replaced.
