Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a vehicle seat. Background Art

[0002] As a seat cushion constituting a seat for a vehicle seat, a seat pad made of a foam body or a seat pad having an elastically deformable built-in wire inserted inside the seat pad is used (for example, see Patent Document 1). The way in which the seat pad or the built-in wire support the occupant affects the riding comfort and posture stability. For example, if the pressure balance in the front-back direction with respect to the lower body of the occupant is appropriate and the pelvis of the occupant is kept upright, the riding comfort and posture stability are good. On the other hand, if this is not the case, the riding comfort and posture stability will definitely deteriorate.

[0003] Specifically, the following situations may have an adverse effect on riding comfort and posture stability. For example, when the seat cushion is soft, the buttocks are embedded and the pelvis drops (collectively referred to as "buttocks sinking" in this manual) becomes larger, and the pelvis rotates or tilts backward, resulting in an unfavorable posture state ("bad" state) (see Fig.19 ). In addition, due to deterioration of posture, when the buttocks are displaced forward (referred to as "forward sliding" of the buttocks in this specification), the flesh and bones of the buttocks feel pulled, sometimes accompanied by a feeling like numbness (referred to as "shearing feeling" in this specification). By the way, the shearing phenomenon tends to become noticeable due to the situation accompanied by the sinking of the buttocks.

[0004] One of the conventional means to improve the low evaluation of the phenomena or sensations associated with the above-mentioned "buttocks sinking", "forward sliding" and "shearing feeling" is to improve the above-mentioned phenomena by increasing the hardness of the polyurethane seat pad to make it harder.

[0007] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2012-091544 Summary of the invention

[0008] However, there is a limit to improving the riding comfort performance and posture stability simply by increasing the hardness of the seat pad.

[0009] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle seat capable of improving riding comfort and posture stability by a method other than increasing the hardness of a seat pad.

[0010] In order to solve the above problems, the inventors have focused on the internal wires 40' and 50' as components of the seat cushion 20' and have repeatedly conducted various studies (see Fig.16 In the past, in the case of a structure that emphasizes riding comfort, it is generally avoided that the built-in wires 40', 50' are in line contact with the vicinity of the occupant's buttocks or pelvis (see Fig.16 , Fig.17 ). In addition, in a vehicle seat having a suspension structure for suspending and supporting the seat cover by locking the suspended portion of the seat cover in the front suspension groove 71' and the rear suspension groove 72' formed in the seat pad 21', generally, the front built-in wire 40' is arranged forward of the front suspension groove 71', and the rear built-in wire 50' is arranged rearward of the rear suspension groove 72' (refer to Fig.18 The present inventors have fundamentally re-examined such conventional general ideas and common technical knowledge, and have repeatedly conducted research that is not limited to common knowledge, thereby obtaining new insights related to solving the problem.

[0011] One aspect of the present invention conceived based on the related knowledge is a vehicle seat including:

[0012] A seat comprising a seat cushion, a front built-in wire disposed in the seat cushion, and a rear built-in wire disposed in the seat cushion and rearward of the front built-in wire in the front-rear direction of the vehicle seat;

[0013] A backrest capable of reclining with the pivot point as the center; and

[0014] The suspension structure allows the suspended portion of the seat cover to be locked in the front suspension groove and the rear suspension groove formed in the seat pad to suspend and support the seat cover.

[0015] The front built-in wire, which is a shape bent by a plurality of bent portions, has a front main load-bearing portion that protrudes rearward compared to the surrounding portion.

[0016] The rear built-in wire, which is a shape bent by a plurality of bent portions, has a rear main load receiving portion that protrudes forward compared to the surrounding portion.

[0017] At least the rear main load bearing portion of the rear built-in wire is arranged at a position forward of the rear suspension groove.

[0018] At least the front main load receiving portion of the front built-in wire is arranged at a position rearward of the front suspension channel.

[0019] In the vehicle seat involved, the rear main load bearing part of the rear built-in wire is located within a prescribed range, or the separation distance between the rear main load bearing part and the front main load bearing part of the front built-in wire is within a prescribed range, so that the pelvis of the passenger, especially the vicinity of the ischial bone, can be effectively supported by these front main load bearing parts and the rear main load bearing parts. Accordingly, even if the seat pad is not hardened, the phenomenon or feeling of the passenger's buttocks sinking, sliding forward, and shearing feeling can be suppressed. In addition to preventing shearing and improving riding comfort, the so-called "feeling" of riding comfort can be improved by softening the seat pad.

[0020] In the vehicle seat as described above, at least one of the front main load receiving portion and the rear main load receiving portion may be formed of a straight line portion extending in the left-right direction of the vehicle seat.

[0021] In the vehicle seat as described above, at least one of the front main load receiving portion and the rear main load receiving portion may be formed to be bilaterally symmetrical about a center line in the left-right direction of the vehicle seat.

[0022] In the vehicle seat as described above, the front built-in wire may be inclined so as to descend toward the rear in a side view of the vehicle seat.

[0023] The rear built-in wire in the vehicle seat as described above may be provided obliquely so as to descend toward the front from the peripheral portion of the rear main load receiving portion toward the rear main load receiving portion in a side view of the vehicle seat.

[0024] In the vehicle seat as described above, the rear main load receiving portion may be located at the lowest point in the rear built-in wire.

[0025] In the vehicle seat as described above, the left-right length of the front main load receiving portion may be longer than the left-right length of the rear main load receiving portion.

[0026] In the vehicle seat as described above, the rear inner wire and the front inner wire may be arranged so that at least a portion of the front main load receiving portion is located in front of the rear main load receiving portion.

[0027] In the vehicle seat as described above, the number of the bent portions of the front built-in wire and the number of the bent portions of the rear built-in wire may be the same.

[0028] In the vehicle seat as described above, the bent portion of the rear built-in wire may have an obtuse angle.

[0029] In the vehicle seat as described above, the front built-in wire may be arranged rearward of the front suspension groove, and the rear built-in wire may be arranged forward of the rear suspension groove.

[0030] In the vehicle seat as described above, the rear built-in metal wire can be arranged at a position where the distance from the rotation fulcrum to the rear main load-bearing part is more than 170 mm, and the front built-in metal wire can be arranged at a position where the separation distance between the rear main load-bearing part and the front main load-bearing part is more than 60 mm and less than 70 mm.

[0031] Effects of the Invention

[0055] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings (refer to Figure 1 wait).

[0056] Hereinafter, the side toward which the occupant of the vehicle seat 10 faces (usually when it becomes the traveling direction of the vehicle) is referred to as the front side of the vehicle seat 10 (indicated by the figure mark F in some drawings), and this is used as a reference to indicate the rear side and the left and right direction (or width direction).

[0057] The vehicle seat 10 according to the present invention includes a seat cushion (seat) 20 and a seat back (backrest) 30. The seat back 30 can be reclined with a rotation fulcrum 31 as the center (see Figure 3 In addition, Figure 3 In the figures, hatching is omitted to clearly illustrate the internal structure, especially the front built-in wire 40 or the rear built-in wire 50 described later.

[0058] The seat pad 21 made of a foam body is arranged on the seat cushion 20. The vehicle seat 10 of the present embodiment includes a suspension structure 70 (see FIG. 1 ) for suspending and supporting the seat cover 22 by engaging the suspended portions 22a and 22b of the seat cover 22 with the front suspension grooves 71 and the rear suspension grooves 72 formed on the seat pad 21. Figure 3 In this specification, among the three regions of the seat cushion 20 divided by the front suspension groove 71 and the rear suspension groove 72 extending in the left-right direction, the front region is referred to as region 1, the middle region is referred to as region 2, and the rear region is referred to as region 3 for convenience (see Fig.16 ).

[0059] Inside the seat pad 21, elastically deformable built-in wires are provided for supporting the load of the occupant. In the vehicle seat 10 of the present embodiment, as built-in wires, a front built-in wire 40 and a rear built-in wire 50 are provided, and a right outer wire 61, a left outer wire 62, a right inner wire 63, and a left inner wire 64 are also provided (see FIG. Figure 2 The right outer wire 61 is on the right outer side of the seat pad 21, and the left outer wire 62 is on the left outer side of the seat pad 21, and is arranged symmetrically with the center line 10C extending in the left-right direction along the front-back direction of the vehicle seat 10 as the center (refer to Figure 1The right inner wire 63 is located inside the right outer wire 61 of the area 1 of the seat pad 21, and the left inner wire 64 is located inside the left outer wire 62 of the area 1 of the seat pad 21, and they are arranged symmetrically with the center line 10C as the center (see Figure 1 wait).

[0060] [Front built-in wire and rear built-in wire]

[0061] The front built-in wire 40 is arranged near the boundary between the area 1 and the area 2 and most of it enters the area 2 in the present embodiment, so as to extend in the left-right direction (see FIG. Figure 1 , Figure 3 The front built-in wire 40 is bent at a plurality of bent portions 42, and has a left-right symmetrical shape having two front straight portions 41 extending to the left and right between the predetermined bent portions 42 (see Figure 5 The front straight line portion 41 is connected to the peripheral portion of the front straight line portion 41 (in Figure 7 In the present embodiment, the peripheral portion 48 of the front straight portion 41 is arranged to protrude rearward compared to the portion suspended and supported by the suspension structure 70, and these portions centered around the front straight portion 41 function as the front main load bearing portion that bears most of the occupant load (refer to Figure 7 In addition, in the present embodiment, the portion referred to as the front straight portion 41 for convenience is merely an appropriate example of a portion that functions as a front main load bearing portion. For example, even if it is a shape that is not a straight line, such as a gently curved shape, as long as it can function as the front main load bearing portion as described below, in this regard, it can be considered that although a straight line is an appropriate example, it is not limited to this.

[0062] The rear built-in wire 50 is arranged near the boundary between the area 2 and the area 3 and, in the present embodiment, most of the wire enters the area 2 in a state extending in the left-right direction (see FIG. Figure 1 , Figure 3 The rear built-in wire 50 is bent at a plurality of bent portions 52, and has a left-right symmetrical shape having two rear straight portions 51 extending left and right between the predetermined bent portions 52 (see Figure 6 ). The rear straight line portion 51 becomes the peripheral portion of the rear straight line portion 51 (at Figure 7In the present embodiment, the peripheral portion 58 of the rear straight portion 51 is arranged to protrude forward compared to the portion suspended and supported by the suspension structure 70, and these portions with the rear straight portion 51 as the center function as the rear main load bearing portion that bears most of the load of the occupant (refer to Figure 7 In addition, in the present embodiment, the portion referred to as the rear straight portion 51 for convenience is merely an appropriate example of a portion that functions as a rear main load bearing portion. For example, even if it is a shape that is not a straight line, such as a gently curved shape, it can be used as long as it can play the same function as the rear main load bearing portion as described below. In this regard, it can be considered that although a straight line is an appropriate example, it is not limited to this.

[0063] The rear built-in wire 50 is disposed at a position where the distance L1 from the rotation fulcrum 31 of the seat back 30 to the rear straight portion 51 is a predetermined length (see Figure 3 ). L1 is greater than 155 mm, preferably greater than 170 mm.

[0064] The front built-in wire 40 is arranged at a position where the distance L2 between the rear straight portion 51 and the front straight portion 41 becomes a predetermined length (see Figure 3 ). L2 is preferably greater than or equal to 60 mm and less than or equal to 70 mm.

[0065] In the vehicle seat 10, there is a case where the front built-in wire 40 is located behind the front hanging groove 71, and the rear built-in wire 50 is located in front of the rear hanging groove 72 (see Figure 3 , Figure 4A wait).

[0066] In the vehicle seat 10 as described above, the rear straight portion 51 of the rear built-in wire 50 and the front straight portion 41 of the front built-in wire 40 are arranged in a predetermined position or range, so that the vicinity of the pelvis H2 of the occupant's buttocks H1, especially the vicinity of the ischium H3, can be effectively supported (see Figure 4A , Figure 8). Thus, the phenomenon or feeling of the occupant's buttocks sinking, sliding forward, and shearing feeling can be suppressed without making the seat pad 21 hard. In this regard, in the conventional vehicle seats, due to excessive emphasis on riding comfort, it is generally considered that a layout in which the built-in wire contacts the vicinity of the buttocks H1 or pelvis H2 of the occupant should be avoided (that is, it is taboo), and it can be said that the built-in wire is usually arranged away from area 2 (that is, in area 1 or area 3). In the present embodiment, based on the viewpoint different from the conventional layout, that is, the viewpoint of improving the riding comfort performance and posture stability by means other than increasing the hardness of the seat pad 21, the separation distance between the rear straight portion 51 and the front straight portion 41, which can be the main load-bearing portion, is appropriately shortened. As a result, even if the structure is such that the built-in wire is located within the range of area 2, if the idea is changed and the opposite is done, by setting the structure to intentionally arrange the built-in wire in the taboo area 2, which is a method not adopted according to conventional common sense, a function that cannot be achieved in the conventional structure can be achieved. In addition, when comparing the state where the buttocks are sunken and the state where the buttocks are not sunken, there is a case where the shearing feeling is stronger in the former. However, in this regard, in the vehicle seat 10, the rear built-in wire 50, especially the rear straight portion 51, is used to suppress the sinking of the buttocks, optimize the pressure balance in the front-rear direction with respect to the lower body of the occupant, and make the pelvis of the occupant stand up (a good state) (see Fig.19 ). In addition, from the perspective of improving riding comfort, setting the front built-in wire 40 and the rear built-in wire 50 as the above-mentioned structure helps to make the deflection uniform (thereby making it possible to soften the pad).

[0067] Based on the above viewpoints, in the present embodiment, the vehicle seat 10 is further configured as follows. Figure 3 wait).

[0068] [Suspension structure]

[0069] The hanging structure 70 of the present embodiment includes a hanging member 74 and a hook (C ring) 76 (see FIG. 1 ) for hanging the hung portion 22a (22b) of the seat cover 22 on the built-in wires (the front built-in wire 40 and the rear built-in wire 50). Figure 4B The hanging member 74 is fixed at one end to the hanging portion 22a (22b) of the seat cover 22 by sewing or the like. A resin portion 74r is provided at the other end of the hanging member 74. The resin portion 74r of the hanging member 74 and the built-in wire are fixed by a hook 76, and the seat cover 22 is hung in the front hanging groove 71 (or the rear hanging groove 72) of the seat cushion 20 (refer to Figure 4B). In addition, although not specifically shown in the figure, the suspension structures in the other built-in wires (in the case of the present embodiment, the right outer wire 61, the left outer wire 62, the right inner wire 63, and the left inner wire 64) are similarly configured. The positions and numbers of these suspension structures 70 are not particularly limited. As an example, in the vehicle seat 10 of the present embodiment, Figure 1 Suspension structures 70 are respectively provided at the positions indicated by circle marks (○).

[0070] [Shapes of the front built-in wire and the rear built-in wire when viewed from the side]

[0071] In the vehicle seat 10 of the present embodiment, the front built-in wire 40 is provided in a state of being inclined so as to descend toward the rear in a side view of the vehicle seat 10 (see FIG. 1 ). Figure 3 In addition, the rear built-in wire 50 is provided in a manner that it is inclined from the peripheral portion 58 of the rear straight portion 51 to the rear straight portion 51 and descends toward the front when viewed from the side of the vehicle seat 10 (see FIG. Figure 3 ). In this way, by configuring these front built-in wires 40 and rear built-in wires 50 in a shape that becomes smaller as they approach each other downward when viewed from the side (i.e., an inverted figure eight shape), when the occupant is seated, the sunken buttocks H1 can be guided to a more appropriate seating point, which helps to suppress forward sliding and improve riding comfort. In addition, according to such front built-in wires 40 and rear built-in wires 50, it is also helpful to clamp and support the occupant sitting in the specified seating position from the front and back, so that the occupant can maintain a stable posture. The rear straight portion 51 can also be located at the lowest point among the rear built-in wires 50 (refer to Figure 4A wait).

[0072] [Length of the front and rear straight lines in the left-right direction]

[0073] In the vehicle seat 10 of the present embodiment, the left-right length of the front straight portion 41 is longer than the left-right length of the rear straight portion 51 (see Figure 7 , especially the dotted line portion in the figure). Such a front built-in wire 40 is arranged in front of the pelvis H2 of the passenger and near the thigh root. When the passenger's buttocks H1 slides forward or a shearing feeling occurs or is about to occur, it can be stably supported by the relatively wide front straight line portion 41 (refer to Figure 8 wait).

[0074] [Anterior and posterior positions of the front straight line and rear straight line]

[0075] In the vehicle seat 10 of the present embodiment, the front built-in wire 40 and the rear built-in wire 50 are arranged so that at least a portion of the front straight portion 41 is located in front of the rear straight portion 51 (see Fig. 9 In other words, this is the area where the front built-in wire 40 and the rear built-in wire 50 overlap in the width direction (see Fig. 9 By ensuring such an overlapping area as much as possible, the stability of the occupant support can be improved. In addition, by making the front straight line portion 41 and the rear straight line portion 51, which are the parts that bear more body pressure of the pelvis H2 of the occupant, overlap in this way, the riding comfort can be improved.

[0076] [Number of bends]

[0077] The number of the bent portions 42 of the front built-in wire 40 and the number of the bent portions 52 of the rear built-in wire 50 are not particularly limited, but as an example, in this embodiment, the number of them (in other words, the number of bending points) is set to be the same (see Fig. 10A ). Thus, the overall balance of the left and right sides can be achieved. In addition, in this specification, the bent portion of the built-in metal wire is expressed as a "bent portion". Fig. 10A The dotted circle indicates this part (refer to Fig. 10A ), in addition, it is also believed that Fig. 10B The part indicated by the dotted ellipse is interpreted as the "bend part" and will be Fig. 10C The other parts indicated by the dotted ellipse mark are interpreted as "bends" (refer to Fig. 10B , Fig. 10C However, regardless of the explanation, in the present embodiment, the number of the bent portions 42 of the front built-in wire 40 and the number of the bent portions 52 of the rear built-in wire 50 are the same.

[0078] [Bending method]

[0079] The bending angles of the bending portions 42 and 52 may also be obtuse angles. In this embodiment, a portion of the bending portion 52 of the rear built-in wire 50 is set to an obtuse angle, and the portion from the center to the side is set to a gently bent or curved shape such as an S-shape (see Fig.11 By setting the rear built-in wire 50 to such a shape, it is beneficial to make the bending feeling uniform and balance the body pressure.

[0080] [Shape near the end of the built-in wire]

[0081] The shapes of the respective terminal portions (portions close to the right outer wire 61 or the left outer wire 62) 44, 54 of the front built-in wire 40 and the rear built-in wire 50 are not particularly limited. As another example of the shape shown in the figure, a shape in which these terminal portions 44, 54 are additionally bent may be used (see Fig.12 In this case, for example, when the front built-in wire 40 or the rear built-in wire 50 is set in the foam type (not shown) of the cushion, the posture can be controlled or managed by leaning the terminal portion 44, 54 against a reinforcing plate (not shown) protruding inward in the foam type, so that the front straight portion 41 or the rear straight portion 51 is at a desired position, depth and angle.

[0082] [When heater / air conditioning pad is installed]

[0083] When a heater (not shown) or air conditioning pad 90 is mounted on the vehicle seat 10, the front built-in wire 40 and the rear built-in wire 50 may be arranged with the following considerations (see Fig.13 ). First, when the air conditioning pad 90 is sandwiched between the suspension component 74 of the seat cover 22 and the built-in wire (the front built-in wire 40, etc.), it is likely to cause the heater to break, so avoid arranging the front built-in wire 40 or the rear built-in wire 50 at these positions. In addition, from the perspective of improving the riding comfort performance and posture stability described so far, it is also necessary to avoid arranging the front built-in wire 40 or the rear built-in wire 50 at the position P3 forward of the front suspension groove 71 or the position P4 rearward of the rear suspension groove 72. In addition, in the case where a recess 21s for setting the air conditioning pad 90 on the upper surface of the seat pad 21 is formed, the thicker the seat pad 21 is, the stronger the force supporting the person (the force pushing the person back) is. On the other hand, since the seat cushion 21 will be thinner by a corresponding amount if the air conditioning pad 90 is provided, by configuring an internal metal wire under the air conditioning pad 90 (the area where the thickness of the seat cushion 21 is thin) rather than in the portion having the thickness of the seat cushion 21 in the rear portion compared to the rear end 91 of the air conditioning pad 90, the supporting force of the cushion thickness equivalent to the air conditioning pad 90 portion can be compensated by the internal metal wire.

[0084] [Total width of built-in wire]

[0085] In accordance with the design of the vehicle seat 10, the total width (left-right length) W50 of the rear built-in wire 50 can be set to be narrower than the total width W40 of the front built-in wire 40 (see Fig.14 ).

[0086] [Relationship with air conditioning pads]

[0087] Among the vent holes 92 of the air conditioning pad 90, the vent holes located below the occupant's buttocks H1 may be arranged at Fig.15 The inside of the dotted rectangular part (refer to Fig.15 ). However, when the built-in wire is in the previous position (refer to Figure 16 to Figure 18 ), the pelvis H2 of the occupant drops greatly (buttocks sink), a forward sliding or shearing feeling is generated, and there is a possibility that a deviation occurs between the vent hole 92 arranged at the target position and the actual sitting position. In this regard, according to the vehicle seat 10 described so far, the vent hole 92 of the air conditioning pad 90 can achieve the desired air conditioning function by improving the riding comfort and stabilizing the sitting position.

[0088] The above-described embodiment is an example of a suitable implementation of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
