Abstract

The application discloses a fluorine-containing chain extender, a composition for preparing a PLA foaming material, the PLA foaming material and a preparation method thereof. The fluorine-containing chain extender is prepared by a solution polymerization method, and the preparation monomers include methyl methacrylate, glycidyl methacrylate and dodecafluoroheptyl acrylate, and the molar ratio is 3-6:0.1-2:0.1-2. The composition for preparing the PLA foaming material includes pure PLA and the fluorine-containing chain extender, wherein the mass of the fluorine-containing chain extender is 4-8 wt% of the mass of the pure PLA. The PLA foaming material is prepared from the composition for preparing the PLA foaming material. The PLA foaming material prepared by the application has high expansion ratio and cell density.
