PCBA board downlink positioning detection device and method

Abstract

The invention provides a PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) board downlink positioning detection device and a PCBA board downlink positioning detection method. The PCBA board downlink positioning detection device comprises a rack, and an upper station and a lower station are arranged in the rack; the movable carrier is arranged in the rack and used for bearing the PCBA board to be switched between the upper station and the lower station; the induction detection element groups are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the movable carrier so as to form a detection plane used for positioning detection of the PCBA board in the movable carrier, and the induction detection element groups are used for detecting whether the PCBA board is partially or completely separated from the detection plane or not in the descending process of the PCBA board along with the movable carrier. The scheme is suitable for monitoring the falling state of the PCBA board in a narrow space, the displacement condition of the PCBA board in the movable carrier can be effectively monitored, and the possibility of failure of the PCBA board is reduced.
