Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of daily chemical care, and particularly to a composition having a synergistic hair removal effect. Background Art
[0002] With the development of the times, keeping pets has become a new lifestyle, and small animals such as dogs and cats have gradually become members of the family. While the company of pets brings people pleasant emotions, the situation that pet hair is easily adhered to and difficult to remove on fabrics has also become a headache for pet-owning families. Conventional fabric detergents mainly highlight and sell products for cleaning, sterilizing, and protecting clothes. Such detergents are difficult to meet the needs of pet-owning family consumers for the performance of removing pet hair during clothing washing and care. At the same time, there are relatively few reports on fabric washing and care technologies for removing pet hair currently.
[0003] Chinese Patent CN 116970444 A discloses a liquid detergent for pet-owning families and its preparation method, which uses a composite bioactive enzyme formed by keratinase, cellulase, and alkaline protease to clean fabrics and remove hair remaining on the fabrics.

[0060] Cellulase: FCL 275, from AB Enzymes GmbH.
[0061] 2. Test method
[0062] According to the following test method, the hair removal effect of the composition of the imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt and cellulase or the comparative example was tested and evaluated.
[0063] The test pet hair was white Ragdoll cat hair, the test fabric was a black pure cotton cloth piece cut into 55 cm * 55 cm, an electronic precision balance (purchased from Mettler-Toledo Instruments (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.), and a Haier EB100B20Mate1 pulsator fully automatic washing machine (rated washing capacity: 10.0 kg; rated dehydration capacity: 10.0 kg; rated washing input power: 440 W; rated dehydration input power: 320 W).
[0064] The specific operation steps are as follows:
[0065] (1) Accurately weigh 5 mg of cat hair into a beaker, and then use tweezers to evenly adhere the cat hair to a flat black pure cotton cloth piece.
[0066] (2) Machine wash mode: Select the "Common" washing mode, set the water level to "3" (about 30 L), rinse 2 times, and the total washing time is 44 min.
[0067] (3) Addition amount of the washing test sample: 30 g of the sample in the example / control example.
[0068] (4) Post-washing treatment of the blank control group: No washing test sample is added to the blank control group. [0086] 5. Test results of hair removal performance with water as the matrix
[0087] Table 4 and Table 5 are respectively the performance test results of the removal effects of the white Ragdoll cat hair attached to the black pure cotton cloth pieces in Examples 1 - 9 and Comparative Examples 1 - 9. The results are expressed as the hair removal improvement rate relative to the blank control group.

[0092] Judging from the relative hair removal improvement rates of Comparative Examples 1 - 3, in the test results of the samples containing only cellulase, when the addition amount of cellulase is 0.1%, the removal rate of the test samples for the test cat hair does not increase significantly. With the increase of the addition amount of cellulase, the removal rate of the test samples for the test cat hair has a certain increase, and the relative hair removal improvement rate increases with the increase of the addition amount of cellulase, showing a certain dose - effect relationship. Considering the formulation cost in practical applications, an appropriate addition amount of cellulase is more reasonable.
[0093] Table 5 presents the test results of the test samples containing only azoline quaternary ammonium salts. Analyzing the relative hair removal improvement rate results of Comparative Examples 4 - 9, when the addition amount of imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt is 0.25%, the relative hair removal improvement rate of the test sample for the test cat hair is 11%. With the increase of the addition amount of imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt, the relative hair removal improvement rate of the test sample also shows a gradually increasing trend. At the same time, when the addition amount of azoline quaternary ammonium salt is 6%, its relative hair removal improvement rate reaches 40%. When the dosage is continued to be increased to 8%, the relative hair removal improvement rate does not increase significantly.
[0094] However, after combining cellulase with quaternary ammonium salts of oxazoline, compared with Comparative Example 4, a small amount of cellulase was added in Example 1, which could improve the hair removal rate of the composition sample, and the relative hair removal improvement rate increased from 11% to 21%. In Example 2, when the addition amounts of cellulase and quaternary ammonium salts of oxazoline were increased in the same proportion, it was found that the relative hair removal improvement rate increased from 21% to 28%. In Example 4, when the addition amounts of cellulase and quaternary ammonium salts of oxazoline were continuously increased in the same proportion, Figure 1 The columnar test results shown in Figure 1 indicate that the relative hair removal improvement rate of the sample under this combination has been further improved, and the result is 43%, which is much higher than that of Comparative Example 2 and Comparative Example 6. In addition, when the addition amounts of cellulase and quaternary ammonium salts of oxazoline were continuously increased in the same proportion, in Example 9, when the addition amounts were 0.4% and 4% respectively, the result of the relative hair removal improvement rate was 46%, showing a slight improvement compared with Example 4. In the application of formula development, quaternary ammonium salts of imidazoline can not only help improve the effect of washing off hair, but also help improve the softness of the fabric after washing, and are often used as detergent components for high-end fabrics. Therefore, the experimental results remind that in product development, reasonable combinations can be made according to the actual product requirements to meet the functional requirements and market positioning of different products and further improve the product value.
[0095] Comparing Comparative Example 3, Comparative Example 6 with Example 8, it was found that in this combination, the composition also showed the effect of synergistically improving the hair removal rate, and the relative hair removal improvement could reach 45%.
[0096] Comparing Example 5 with Comparative Example 2 and Comparative Example 7, it can be found that in this combination, the combination of cellulase and quaternary ammonium salts of imidazoline also has the effect of synergistically improving the hair removal rate. Then comparing Example 6 with Comparative Example 2 and Comparative Example 8, the hair removal rate of the composition also has a certain improvement.
[0097] In addition, comparing Example 7 with Comparative Example 9, it was also found that when the addition amount of quaternary ammonium salts of imidazoline in the composition was increased to 8%, the composition did not show an obvious effect of improving the hair removal rate. At the same time, comparing Example 3 with Comparative Example 7, it was found that the combination of Example 3 did not help improve the relative hair removal rate significantly. Therefore, when the ratio of cellulase to quaternary ammonium salts of imidazoline is 1:40, it does not show an obvious effect of improving the hair removal rate.
[0098] In summary, the present invention found that by combining and compounding cellulase with quaternary ammonium salts of imidazoline, at a certain ratio, this hair removal combination factor can play a synergistic effect in improving the removal of pet hair attached to the fabric.

[0111] The specific operation steps are as follows:
[0112] (1) Accurately weigh 5 mg of cat hair into a beaker, and then use tweezers to evenly adhere the cat hair to the flat black pure cotton cloth piece.
[0113] (2) Washing method: Select the "Normal" washing mode, the water level is selected at the "3" gear (about 30 L), rinse 2 times, and the total washing time: 44 min.
[0114] (3) Detergent dosage: 10 g.
[0115] (4) Post - treatment of the blank control group after washing: The blank control group adds the detergent blank base (marked as blank base) to the test sample. After the washing is completed, take out the black pure cotton cloth piece, lay it flat on a clean table, count and statistically analyze the number of remaining cat hairs after washing, in units of roots, and record the data as the number of remaining cat hairs in the blank base group.
[0116] (4) Post - treatment after washing for the experimental group: In the experimental group, a detergent was added to the test sample. After the washing was completed, the black pure - cotton cloth pieces were taken out and laid flat on a clean table. The number of remaining cat hairs after washing was counted in terms of roots, and the data recorded was the number of remaining cat hairs in the experimental group.

[0126]
[0127] Table 8 lists the test results of the relative hair - removal improvement rates of Comparative Examples 10 - 15 and Examples 10 - 12.
[0128] Comparing with the blank base of the fabric detergent in Comparative Example 10, the samples with added cellulase and imidazoline quaternary ammonium salts had a slight increase in the hair removal rate. However, as can be seen from Examples 10 to 12, after combining cellulase and imidazoline quaternary ammonium salts, the relative hair removal improvement rate of the detergent samples was significantly increased. Taking Example 10 as an example, the relative hair removal improvement rate of the detergent with the hair removal combination factors of cellulase and imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt composition increased from 14% and 22% to 40%.
