Abstract

The application provides an AI-based financial service product individual recommendation generation method and system, relating to the technical field of digital financial services, first, a multi-modal financial data set containing user text type financial interaction records, voice type financial consultation segments and video type financial product explanation viewing records is acquired, then cross-modal association processing is performed on the multi-modal financial data set to obtain a text semantic, voice sentiment and video attention area association chain, a user financial demand benchmark graph containing user demand tendency and association weight is generated based on the association chain, demand tendency strengthening processing is performed on the user financial demand benchmark graph, the association weight is adjusted, and finally a financial service product individual recommendation sequence sorted by matching degree is generated according to the strengthened user financial demand benchmark graph, so that the user demand can be comprehensively analyzed, and the recommendation accuracy and user satisfaction are improved.
