Abstract

The application discloses a kind of fire-retardant plywood plate and its preparation method.The fire-retardant plywood plate includes plywood, adhesive layer coated on both sides of plywood and science and technology wood pasted on the surface of adhesive layer;The raw materials of the adhesive layer include: urea-formaldehyde resin glue 20-30 parts, flame-retardant powder 8-15 parts;The flame-retardant powder contains the mass ratio of 7-8:2-3 of double-ligand metal complex flame retardant and starch;The double-ligand metal complex flame retardant is prepared by reacting with caustic soda after being complexed by organic phosphoric acid ligand, mercaptopropionic acid and metal salt;The mass ratio of the organic phosphoric acid ligand, mercaptopropionic acid, metal salt and caustic soda is 15-20:1-2:10:10-12;The metal salt is selected from at least one of aluminum salt, magnesium salt and calcium salt.The application can solve the problem that the current complex flame retardant and urea-formaldehyde resin have poor compatibility, there is competition complex, so that the plywood plate cannot consider flame-retardant performance and mechanical property.
