Description

Technical Field

[0001] This invention belongs to the field of waste paper pulp deinking technology, specifically a high-efficiency deinking and regeneration process for pulp based on recycled waste paper. Background Technology

[0002] In waste paper deinking processes, with the increasing awareness of environmental protection and the demand for resource recycling, efficient deinking and recycling of waste paper has become an important development direction for the paper industry. During the waste paper deinking process, ink particles and impurities in the pulp need to be effectively removed through processes such as stirring and dispersing, deinking agent treatment, and washing to improve the quality and performance of recycled paper.

[0003] In the mixing stage, the angle of the mixing blades in traditional devices is mostly fixed and cannot be adjusted according to the dynamic changes in pulp concentration. When the pulp is at a high concentration, the fixed-angle mixing blades are difficult to fully disperse the fibers and ink, and dead zones are easily formed. At a low concentration, the ink and fiber may not be completely separated due to insufficient mixing intensity, which affects the subsequent deinking effect. This is mainly because the fixed angle cannot adapt to the fluidity of the pulp and the agglomeration state of the fibers at different concentrations. In the washing stage, traditional devices mostly adopt a co-current washing method, that is, the pulp and washing water flow in the same direction, which greatly reduces the "extraction" capacity of the washing water in the later stage. This not only requires a large amount of fresh water, but also wastes water resources and increases the pressure on subsequent wastewater treatment.

[0004] Patent CN118527024A discloses a pulp sedimentation and mixing device, which includes a mixing module mounted on a tower, with a process tank connected to the output end of the mixing module. The process tank is positioned above a conveying device, which moves the process tank. The mixing module is equipped with a bidirectional mixing device, the input end of which is connected to the power source of the mixing module, and the bidirectional mixing device outputs two outputs with opposite directions of rotation. The pulp receives a stirring effect in multiple directions through the bidirectional mixing device, thus being mixed more thoroughly, and the mixing effect and uniformity of the pulp are effectively improved.

[0005] However, the stirring device in this patent has the following drawbacks: the stirring device cannot adjust the angle of the stirring blades according to the dynamic changes of the pulp. When stirring high-concentration pulp, the high viscosity and poor fluidity of the pulp make it difficult for the stirring blades with excessive axial force to effectively promote fiber dispersion, thereby reducing the uniformity and strength of the paper. When stirring low-concentration pulp, the fibers tend to settle due to the good fluidity of the pulp. Insufficient axial thrust is not conducive to pushing the pulp to flow along the axial direction, and the fibers tend to settle. Summary of the Invention

[0006] The purpose of this invention is to solve the problems of the inability to adjust the angle of the stirring blades according to the dynamic changes in pulp concentration during pulp mixing, resulting in deficiencies in both high-concentration and low-concentration pulp mixing; secondly, the pulp and wash water flowing in the same direction during the pulp washing process, which increases the consumption of fresh water and causes water waste. The invention provides a highly efficient deinking and regeneration process for pulp based on recycled waste paper.

[0007] The objective of this invention can be achieved through the following technical solutions:

[0008] A highly efficient deinking and recycling process for pulp based on recycled waste paper includes the following steps:

[0009] S1: Dilute the high-concentration pulp with water by adjusting the angle between the stirring blades and the stirring shaft; stir the high-concentration pulp to medium-concentration pulp.

[0010] S2: Mix anionic surfactant, nonionic surfactant and oxidant in a mixing tank to obtain a mixed deinking agent; then spray the mixed deinking agent from the nozzle into the mixing tank;

[0011] S3: Dilute the medium-concentration pulp with water by adjusting the angle between the stirring blade and the stirring shaft; stir the medium-concentration pulp to low-concentration pulp.

[0012] Furthermore, before step S1, the following steps are included: S101: Waste paper and water are conveyed to the mixing drum for disintegration, and the waste paper and water are mixed to form a high-concentration pulp by adjusting the angle between the mixing blades and the mixing shaft; S102: Nonionic surfactant, penetrant, sodium hydroxide and buffer are mixed in the mixing tank to obtain a mixed deinking agent; and then the mixed deinking agent is sprayed from the nozzle into the mixing drum.

[0013] Furthermore, after step S3, the following steps are also included: S301: After stirring and mixing the low-concentration pulp, it flows into the conveying box. The pulp in the conveying box is conveyed to the primary washing zone using a crane. At the same time, the water washed in the secondary washing zone is conveyed to the primary washing zone for washing and then discharged; thus obtaining pulp after one washing; S302: The pulp after one washing is conveyed to the secondary washing zone. At the same time, the water washed in the tertiary washing zone is conveyed to the secondary washing zone for washing; thus obtaining pulp after two washings; S303: The pulp after two washings is conveyed to the tertiary washing zone. At the same time, clean water is conveyed to the tertiary washing zone for washing; thus removing the ink from the fiber surface.

[0014] Furthermore, in step S101, the angle between the stirring blade and the stirring shaft is in the range of 100-120 degrees, and the pulp is stirred to a high concentration pulp with a concentration greater than 15%.

[0015] Furthermore, in S1 and S3, the stirring shaft has a cavity inside, a support rod is fixedly connected to the top of the cavity, the other end of the support rod is fixedly connected to a second motor, the output end of the second motor is connected to a second rotating shaft, the other end of the second rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the bottom of the cavity, and the second rotating shaft is provided with multiple first cams, which mesh with multiple second cams. The angle of the stirring blade is adjusted by the cooperation of the first motor, the first cams and the second cams.

[0016] Furthermore, the stirring blades are shaped like tree leaves, and the sum of the angles between one stirring blade and the other two adjacent stirring blades in each group is 180 degrees; the edges of the stirring blades are serrated; the stirring blades are arranged in an alternating pattern; the first cam and the second cam are arranged perpendicular to each other.

[0017] Furthermore, in S2, a third motor is provided at one end of the upper surface of the mixing box, and the output end of the third motor is connected to a bidirectional lead screw. A mixing rod is sleeved on the bidirectional lead screw, and the deinking agent is mixed by the cooperation of the bidirectional lead screw and the mixing rod.

[0018] Furthermore, in S1, the angle between the stirring blade and the stirring shaft is in the range of 100-120 degrees, and the pulp is stirred to a medium concentration pulp with a concentration of 3%-15%.

[0019] Furthermore, in step S3, the angle between the stirring blade and the stirring shaft is in the range of 150-180 degrees, and the pulp is stirred to a low concentration pulp with a concentration of 1%-3%.

[0020] Furthermore, in step S2, while the pulp is being stirred, the nozzle continuously and evenly sprays the mixed deinking agent into the pulp inside the stirring drum.

[0021] The beneficial effects of this invention are:

[0022] 1. The present invention uses a second motor to drive a second rotating shaft to rotate, the second rotating shaft to drive multiple first cams to rotate, the first cams to drive multiple second cams to rotate simultaneously, the rotation of the second cams to drive the first rotating shaft to rotate, and the rotation of the first rotating shaft to drive the stirring blades to rotate, thereby adjusting the angle of the stirring blades; so that the pulp in the stirring drum adjusts the angle of the stirring blades according to the change in concentration, thereby better dispersing the fibers and ink in the pulp, and thus achieving better deinking effect during the washing process.

[0023] 2. According to different pulp concentrations, different deinking agents are selected and added to the mixing tank for mixing. Then, a third motor drives a bidirectional lead screw to rotate, which in turn drives a mixing rod to move left and right in the mixing tank, thereby achieving the mixing of various deinking agents. Then, the deinking agent in the mixing tank is sprayed from the nozzle into the mixing drum through the pump body, further improving the deinking effect.

[0024] 3. This invention utilizes the opposite direction of water and pulp transport to form a "countercurrent" cycle, where the pulp and water impact each other simultaneously, improving cleaning efficiency. The deinked waste pulp enters from one end of the washing process, while fresh washing water is added from the other. The pulp and washing water flow in opposite directions, and as the material moves forward, it comes into contact with the gradually decreasing concentration of washing water. Meanwhile, the washing water continuously "extracts" solutes (such as heavy metals and ink particles) from the material during this countercurrent flow. Countercurrent washing, by recycling the washing water, reduces the amount of metals and ink particles in the waste pulp, further improving the deinking effect. Attached Figure Description

[0035] The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative effort are within the scope of protection of the present invention.

[0036] Please see Figure 1-2 , Figure 4 As shown, a high-efficiency deinking and recycling process for pulp based on recycled waste paper includes a support frame 1 and a stirring drum 3 fixedly installed inside the support frame 1. The stirring drum 3 is provided with a stirring shaft 302 inside, and a first motor 301 is provided on the top of the stirring shaft 302. The first motor 301 provides driving force to the stirring shaft 302. Multiple sets of uniformly arranged stirring blades 303 are provided on the stirring shaft 302, and each set of stirring blades 303 has three blades.

[0037] The stirring blade 303 is shaped like a leaf, and the sum of the angles between one stirring blade 303 and the other two adjacent stirring blades 303 in each group is 180 degrees; during the stirring of pulp, it can achieve a local turbulence effect and reduce the generation of eddies.

[0038] The stirring blade 303 has serrations 3031 on its edge; the leaf-shaped stirring blade 303 can increase the contact area with the pulp, thereby improving the stirring efficiency; secondly, the serrated stirring blade 303 helps to guide the pulp flow, promote more uniform mixing, and avoid fiber clumping; it also increases the dispersibility of pulp fibers.

[0039] The stirring blades 303 are arranged in an alternating pattern, which allows the pulp to be stirred at different locations, avoiding the formation of strong eddies in the same area. The flow path of the pulp fluid is dispersed, thereby promoting more uniform mixing.

[0040] Please see Figure 1 and Figures 5-7 As shown, the stirring shaft 302 has a cavity 3033 inside. A support rod 401 is fixedly connected to the top of the cavity 3033. The other end of the support rod 401 is fixedly connected to the second motor 4. The output end of the second motor 4 is connected to the second rotating shaft 402. The other end of the second rotating shaft 402 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the cavity 3033. The second motor 4 provides driving force to the second rotating shaft 402. The second rotating shaft 402 is provided with a plurality of first cams 403. The first cams 403 mesh with a plurality of second cams 404. The first cams 403 and the second cams 404 are arranged perpendicular to each other.

[0041] One end of the second cam 404 is connected to the first rotating shaft 3032, which passes through the stirring cylinder 3 and is fixedly connected to the stirring blade 303; the second cam 404 is set correspondingly to the stirring blade 303.

[0042] The second motor 4 drives the second rotating shaft 402 to rotate, the second rotating shaft 402 drives multiple first cams 403 to rotate, the first cams 403 drive multiple second cams 404 to rotate simultaneously, the rotation of the second cams 404 drives the first rotating shaft 3032 to rotate, and the rotation of the first rotating shaft 3032 drives the stirring blade 303 to rotate, thereby achieving the adjustment of the angle of the stirring blade 303.

[0043] When the pulp concentration in the mixing drum 3 is between 1% and 3%, the axial thrust of the mixing blade 303 is increased by adjusting the angle between the mixing blade 303 and the mixing shaft 302 to 150-180 degrees. Low-concentration pulp has good fluidity, but the fibers are prone to sedimentation. Increasing the axial thrust can push the pulp to flow axially and prevent fiber sedimentation.

[0044] When the pulp concentration in the mixing drum 3 is between 3% and 15%, the angle between the mixing blade 303 and the mixing shaft 302 is adjusted to 120-150 degrees. With moderate pulp viscosity, the interaction between fibers begins to increase. Moderate axial thrust and shear force can optimize the fiber dispersion effect and avoid excessive aggregation of fiber bundles.

[0045] When the pulp concentration in the mixing drum 3 is above 15%, the resistance is reduced and the shear force is enhanced by adjusting the angle between the mixing blade 303 and the mixing shaft 302 to 100-120 degrees. High-concentration pulp has high viscosity and poor fluidity. Reducing the resistance of the mixing blade 303 can reduce the mixing power consumption. At the same time, enhancing the shear force helps to break the fiber bundles and promote fiber dispersion. Enhancing the shear force can effectively separate the fiber bundles, making the fibers more evenly dispersed in the pulp, thereby improving the uniformity and strength of the paper.

[0046] Please see Figure 2 and Figure 8 As shown, a support plate 6 is provided on one side of the mixing drum 3, and a first box 601, a second box 602, a third box 603, a fourth box 604, a fifth box 605, a sixth box 606 and a seventh box 607 are arranged on the support plate 6 in sequence.

[0047] The lower part of the first box 601, the second box 602, the third box 603, the fourth box 604, the fifth box 605, the sixth box 606 and the seventh box 607 are all provided with a first output pipe 608. The first output pipe 608 is provided with a liquid meter, which can control the amount of liquid flowing out of the box in real time.

[0048] The other end of the first output tube 608 is provided with a mixing box 7. One end of the upper surface of the mixing box 7 is provided with a third motor 701. The output end of the third motor 701 is connected to a bidirectional lead screw 702. A mixing rod 703 is sleeved on the bidirectional lead screw 702.

[0049] By activating the third motor 701, the third motor 701 drives the bidirectional lead screw 702 to rotate. The rotation of the bidirectional lead screw 702 drives the mixing rod 703 to move left and right inside the mixing box 7, thereby achieving the mixing of various deinking agents.

[0050] A second output pipe 9 is provided in the mixing chamber 7 near the mixing tank. The other end of the second output pipe 9 extends to the top of the mixing drum 3 and is connected to multiple nozzles 901. Specifically, the second output pipe 9 is a rigid pipe.

[0051] The first box 601 contains a nonionic surfactant (commercially available nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether is used in this invention); the second box 602 contains anionic surfactant (commercially available linear alkylbenzene sulfonate is used in this invention); the third box 603 contains sodium hydroxide solvent; the fourth box 604 contains an oxidizing agent (commercially available sodium persulfate is used in this invention); the fifth box 605 contains a penetrant (commercially available sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate is used in this invention); the sixth box 606 contains a buffer (commercially available sodium carbonate is used in this invention); and the seventh box 607 contains a chelating agent (commercially available sodium tripolyphosphate is used in this invention).

[0052] When the pulp concentration in the mixing drum 3 is 1%-3%, the deinking agent uses 40%-60% anionic surfactant, 40%-60% nonionic surfactant and 10%-20% sodium hydroxide solvent.

[0053] The moisture content inside the stirring drum 3 is high, so the deinking agent needs to diffuse rapidly in the stirring drum 3 and come into full contact with the ink particles. At this time, it is necessary to increase the amount of nonionic surfactant, which has better dispersibility in dilute solutions and can cover more ink particles through "emulsification and diffusion".

[0054] When the pulp concentration in the mixing drum 3 is 3%-15%, the deinking agent consists of 30%-50% anionic surfactant, 20%-40% nonionic surfactant, and 10%-30% oxidant.

[0055] If the pulp is coated with ink, 5%-10% chelating agent should be added to remove metal ions from the coating layer and prevent them from reacting with the deinking agent to form precipitates.

[0056] When the pulp concentration in the mixing drum 3 is above 15%, add 30%-50% nonionic surfactant, 20%-35% penetrant, 15%-25% sodium hydroxide, and 10%-20% buffer.

[0057] Reduce the amount of low-permeability surfactants, which diffuse slowly in high-viscosity systems and are easily adsorbed by the fiber surface; increase the amount of small-molecule penetrants, which can quickly penetrate the fiber gaps and carry the deinking components to the ink interface; increase the proportion of alkaline substances, which at high concentrations easily react with lignin in the fibers, causing the fibers to swell appropriately, indirectly expanding the gaps and facilitating the penetration of the deinking agent.

[0058] Adjust the angle of the stirring blades; adjust the angle of the stirring blades according to the change in pulp concentration in the stirring drum, so that the fibers and ink in the pulp can be better dispersed. Spray different deinking agents on pulp of different concentrations to increase the deinking rate by 10%-15%.

[0059] All the above deinking agents are mixed in the mixing tank 7. The deinking agents in the mixing tank 7 are sprayed from the nozzle 901 into the mixing drum 3 by the pump body. While the pulp is being stirred, the nozzle 901 continuously and evenly sprays the mixed deinking agents into the pulp in the mixing drum 3, which further improves the deinking effect.

[0060] The lower part of the mixing drum 3 is provided with a conveying box 5, which is located above the conveying device 2. The mixed pulp is conveyed into the conveying box 5, and then the mixed pulp in the conveying box 5 is conveyed to the washing device 8 by a hoist. The washing device 8 includes multiple partition plates 801, which are arc-shaped. The partition plates 801 divide the washing device 8 into a primary washing zone, a secondary washing zone, and a tertiary washing zone. The volume of the primary washing zone is larger than that of the secondary washing zone, and the volume of the secondary washing zone is larger than that of the tertiary washing zone.

[0061] During the pulp washing process, the pulp with the highest ink content is found in the primary washing zone. Therefore, a larger volume is needed to disperse the pulp during washing, resulting in high dispersibility in the water and better washing effect. Heavy metals and ink in the primary washing zone are discharged. When the pulp is transferred to the secondary washing zone, the volume of the secondary washing zone is reduced to further wash the pulp. When the pulp is transferred to the tertiary washing zone, the volume of the tertiary washing zone is further reduced to reduce the subsequent pressing and drying time of the pulp.

[0062] Please see Figure 1 and Figure 9 As shown, the pulp in the conveyor box 5 is transported to the primary washing area by a crane, while the water washed in the secondary washing area is transported to the primary washing area for washing and then discharged; thus, pulp after one washing is obtained.

[0063] The pulp after the first washing is then transported to the secondary washing zone, while the water from the tertiary washing zone is transported to the secondary washing zone for further washing; thus, pulp after the second washing is obtained.

[0064] Finally, the pulp after the second washing is transported to the third washing zone, and clean water is also transported to the third washing zone for washing.

[0065] The water and pulp are transported in opposite directions, forming a counter-current circulation. The pulp and water impact each other simultaneously, improving the washing efficiency. The deinked waste pulp enters from one end of the washing process, while fresh wash water is added from the other end. The pulp and wash water flow in opposite directions. As the material moves forward, it comes into contact with the wash water, which has a gradually decreasing concentration. Meanwhile, the wash water continuously "extracts" solutes (such as heavy metals and ink particles) from the material in the counter-current flow. Counter-current washing reduces the amount of fresh water used by 50%-70% by recycling the wash water.

[0066] The efficient deinking and recycling process for pulp based on recycled waste paper includes the following steps:

[0067] S1: Waste paper and water are transported to the mixing drum 3 for disintegration. By adjusting the angle between the mixing blade 303 and the mixing shaft 302 within the range of 100-120 degrees, the waste paper and water are mixed to form a high-concentration pulp.

[0068] S2: Mix 30%-50% of nonionic surfactant, 20%-35% of penetrant, 15%-25% of sodium hydroxide and 10%-20% of buffer in mixing tank 7 to obtain mixed deinking agent; then spray the mixed deinking agent from nozzle 901 into mixing tank 3 through pump body;

[0069] S3: Dilute the high-concentration pulp with water, and adjust the angle between the stirring blade 303 and the stirring shaft 302 to a range of 120-150 degrees; stir the high-concentration pulp to medium-concentration pulp;

[0070] S4: Mix 30%-50% of anionic surfactant, 20%-40% of nonionic surfactant and 10%-30% of oxidant in mixing tank 7 to obtain mixed deinking agent; then spray the mixed deinking agent from nozzle 901 into mixing tank 3 through pump body;

[0071] S5: Dilute the medium-concentration pulp with water, and adjust the angle between the stirring blade 303 and the stirring shaft 302 to a range of 150-180 degrees; stir the medium-concentration pulp to a low-concentration pulp.

[0072] S6: After mixing the low-concentration pulp, it flows into the conveyor box 5. The pulp in the conveyor box 5 is conveyed to the primary washing area using a crane. At the same time, the water washed in the secondary washing area is conveyed to the primary washing area for washing and then discharged; thus, pulp after one washing is obtained.

[0073] S7: The pulp after the first washing is conveyed to the secondary washing zone, and the water after washing in the tertiary washing zone is conveyed to the secondary washing zone for washing; thus, pulp after the second washing is obtained.

[0074] S8: The pulp after secondary washing is conveyed to the tertiary washing zone, and clean water is simultaneously conveyed to the tertiary washing zone for washing; the ink is removed from the fiber surface.
