A device and method for bonding and pressing irregularly shaped sheet films

Abstract

This invention relates to a laminating and pressing device and method for irregularly shaped sheet films, comprising: a base; a displacement assembly, a first driving member connected to the base, the output end of the first driving member connected to a positioning frame, the positioning frame including a feeding position; a roller pressing assembly, including a rotatable pressure roller, the sidewall of the pressure roller capable of rolling the film located at the feeding position; and a hot pressing assembly, a buffer pressing mechanism including a connecting seat, a buffer unit, and a hot pressing plate, the output end of a second driving member connected to the connecting seat, the hot pressing plate connected to the side of the connecting seat near the moving path of the positioning frame, and the hot pressing plate capable of moving towards the moving path of the positioning frame, the buffer unit connected to the edge of the connecting seat, the end of the buffer unit capable of abutting against the base. This invention provides a laminating and pressing device and method for irregularly shaped sheet films, capable of buffering during the film laminating and pressing process, and simultaneously leveling and venting the film.
