Abstract
The present application belongs to the technical field of epoxy resin curing agent, and particularly relates to a compounded curing agent for epoxy resin, a preparation method and application thereof. The compounded curing agent is compounded by a mussel-mimic curing agent and a ketone imine curing agent. The mass ratio of the mussel-mimic curing agent to the ketone imine curing agent is (5-9):(1-5). The mussel-mimic curing agent is an amine curing agent containing catechol groups and cashew phenol long chains, and the ketone imine curing agent is a water-activated latent curing agent containing imine groups. The present application combines the strong adhesion, high toughness and high hydrophobicity of the mussel-mimic curing agent with the water-activated latency, storage stability and adjustable curing speed of the ketone imine curing agent. The two curing agents have no antagonism and synergistically enhance each other, solving the technical defects of single curing agent. The prepared adhesive has the comprehensive advantages of storage stability, convenient construction, high strength, good toughness, excellent hydrophobicity and strong seawater resistance.
