Clothes dryer based on ptc heating and air-cooled condensation

Abstract

The application provides a clothes dryer based on PTC heating and air-cooled condensation, which comprises a shell and a drum rotatably connected in the shell; a return air grille is arranged on the shell at the front side of the drum, a return air opening is arranged on the shell at the rear side of the drum, a hot air circulation air duct is arranged in the shell, the air inlet end and the air outlet end of the hot air circulation air duct are connected with the return air grille and the return air opening respectively, and a PTC heating module is fixed to the inner side of the air outlet end of the hot air circulation air duct; a first air wheel is arranged on the inner side of the hot air circulation air duct, and the first air wheel is drivingly connected with a driving assembly; the clothes dryer further comprises a condenser and a fresh air assembly; the condenser is internally provided with a condensation air duct and a heat dissipation air duct, the condensation air duct is connected in series in the hot air circulation air duct, the fresh air assembly is installed in the shell, and the air outlet end of the fresh air assembly faces the heat dissipation air duct so that the fresh air assembly can dissipate heat for the condenser; the clothes dryer has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and low noise during operation.
