The pre-tightening force makes the connecting frame drive the brush and the scraper to be always pressed on the surface of the filtering box at a set adhering angle and can swing adaptively with the surface topography change, so that the surface of the filtering box can be better cleaned. When the brush and the scraper clean the dust, hair, fiber and other coarse particles on the surface of the filtering box, the dust swept off is limited in the dustproof cover, so that the dust is prevented from diffusing into the clean room or the equipment interior along the circulating air flow, and the clean room environment is kept stable.
