A paper composite heat sealable aluminized opp recyclable roll film

Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of environmentally friendly packaging materials technology, specifically relating to a paper-composite heat-sealable aluminized OPP recyclable roll film. It includes a recyclable substrate paper layer, a compatible heat-sealable layer, a disintegratable adhesive layer disposed between the recyclable substrate paper layer and the compatible heat-sealable layer, and an easily peelable aluminized OPP layer disposed between the disintegratable adhesive layer and the compatible heat-sealable layer. The disintegratable adhesive layer is a water-soluble polyurethane adhesive with 5-8% disintegration aid added. The aluminum layer thickness of the easily peelable aluminized OPP layer is 20-30 nm. The compatible heat-sealable layer is a blend of PP and POE. This invention, through its disintegratable adhesive and easily peelable aluminized design, can improve the paper layer separation rate and is compatible with existing industrial recycling processes for paper and plastics, significantly reducing recycling costs.
