A multi-mode dynamic light wake-up and anti-fatigue control method and system

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of light source technology, and more specifically, to a multi-mode dynamic light wake-up and fatigue prevention control method and system. The control method includes: preset a lighting wake-up mode; acquiring a mode request signal transmitted from the outside; determining a target lighting wake-up mode based on the mode request signal; and controlling the lighting fixture to output light according to the parameters of the target lighting wake-up mode. The corresponding system includes a lighting fixture for outputting light sources with corresponding parameters under the target lighting wake-up mode; and a control module electrically connected to the lighting fixture to control its light emission state. This invention, by adjusting parameters such as the fluctuation amplitude and period of the light, utilizes three lighting wake-up modes to achieve multi-mode dynamic light output that meets the user's wake-up and fatigue prevention needs, ensuring both wake-up effectiveness and comfort and enjoyment.
