Orthopedic traction system

Abstract

The application provides an orthopedic traction system, belonging to the technical field of mechanical arms, comprising a guide rail, a traction frame and a bracket, a sliding seat being slidably connected to the guide rail, one end of the traction frame being connected to the sliding seat and the other end being connected to the bracket; the traction frame comprising a spherical hinge joint with a motion self-locking structure and a telescopic arm; the motion self-locking structure having a medium cavity and being locked or unlocked based on medium pressure change; the medium cavities of each motion self-locking structure being sequentially connected to form a medium flow channel connected to a medium power source, the medium pressure of each medium cavity being synchronously changed based on the action of the medium power source; the bracket being used for supporting and fixing a traction part, a flexible control force mechanism being arranged between the bracket and the traction frame, the flexible control force mechanism being used for regulating and controlling a target traction force of the bracket acting on the traction part and applying a flexible buffer force to the bracket in the opposite direction of the target traction force. The orthopedic traction system provided by the application can improve the convenience of traction posture adjustment and ensure the smooth safety of the operation process.
