Abstract

In view of the low service life of the existing automatic steel bar fixed-length cutting device, the following scheme is proposed, which comprises a material preparation platform, an automatic feeding module is arranged on the material preparation platform, a material distribution conveying mechanism is arranged outside the material preparation platform, a feeding mechanism is arranged on the side of the material distribution conveying mechanism away from the material preparation platform, and a cutting mechanism is arranged outside the feeding mechanism. The automatic steel bar fixed-length cutting device and method can precisely apply extreme pressure oil film, significantly reduce friction and blade tip temperature, make the steel bar cutting end face have less burrs and less deformation, and have a smoothness close to sawing, significantly reduce the wear, edge collapse and noise of the blade of the cutting mechanism, thereby ensuring the long-term effectiveness of the use function of the blade, improving the service life of the cutting mechanism, and improving the processing efficiency of the device on the steel bar.
