A butyl rubber composition, a method for preparing the same, and a method for preparing a shoe sole

Abstract

The application discloses a butyl rubber composition which comprises butyl rubber 100 parts by mass, white carbon black 30-50 parts by mass, modified silica gel microparticles 5-15 parts by mass, thermoplastic polyurethane 5-10 parts by mass, and a vulcanization system 8-12 parts by mass; wherein the modified silica gel microparticles are silica gel microparticles grafted by a silane coupling agent. The butyl rubber composition uses butyl rubber as a matrix and uses white carbon black and modified silica gel microparticles as reinforcing fillers, can provide a material basis for significantly improving the wet skid resistance and other properties of vulcanized rubber products, and simultaneously introduces thermoplastic polyurethane to greatly improve the tear resistance and flex resistance, and the multi-component synergy enables the butyl rubber composition to produce high-tough and wear-resistant and anti-skid vulcanized rubber products. Based on this, the application further discloses a preparation method of the butyl rubber composition and a shoe sole preparation method for preparing and applying the aforementioned butyl rubber composition.
