A thumb forceps safety control system and control method

Abstract

The application discloses a thumb forceps safety control system and a control method, which comprises a distance sensor for monitoring the extension length of a thumb forceps oil cylinder piston rod, a first pressure sensor for monitoring the large cavity pressure of the thumb forceps oil cylinder, a second pressure sensor for monitoring the large cavity pressure of a bucket oil cylinder, a motion detection device for monitoring the operation motion signal of the thumb forceps, a pressure relief valve installed on the working oil path of a main valve leading to the large cavity oil port of the thumb forceps oil cylinder, the inlet of the pressure relief valve being communicated with the large cavity oil port of the thumb forceps oil cylinder and the outlet being connected to an oil tank, and a controller connected with the distance sensor, the first pressure sensor, the motion detection device and the pressure relief valve, respectively, for controlling the inlet and the outlet of the pressure relief valve to be conducted when the extension length of the thumb forceps oil cylinder piston rod is greater than a distance threshold value, the operation motion signal of the thumb forceps disappears, the large cavity pressure of the bucket oil cylinder is greater than or equal to a first preset pressure, and the large cavity pressure of the thumb forceps oil cylinder is greater than or equal to a second preset pressure.
