Abstract

The application aims to provide a magazine type keycap assembly module and an assembly method, which can realize whole plate keycap insertion at the same time, has simple structure, low cost, and effectively improves the assembly efficiency of light and thin keycaps. The magazine type keycap assembly module comprises a keycap insertion mechanism, the keycap insertion mechanism comprises a first suction plate, a keycap positioning plate, a keycap guide plate and a plurality of magazine assemblies, the magazine assemblies are loaded with a plurality of keycaps, the plurality of magazine assemblies are correspondingly connected at a plurality of discharge ports of the keycap guide plate, the inner side of the discharge port is provided with a limiting spring matched with the keycap, the keycap positioning plate is provided with a plurality of keycap limiting grooves corresponding to the plurality of discharge ports, the first suction plate is provided with a plurality of first vacuum nozzles, and the keycap limiting groove is correspondingly provided with an avoiding hole for the first vacuum nozzle to pass through; the assembly method is based on the magazine type keycap assembly module for keycap assembly. The application is applied to the technical field of assembly equipment.
