The method comprises the following steps: in a grid-connected autonomous mode, when the voltage is out of limit, the equivalent impedance of the system is dynamically calculated according to historical reactive power regulation data, the target value of reactive power regulation is calculated according to the equivalent impedance of the system, the target value of reactive power regulation is converted into reactive power demand, the voltage is regulated through the reactive power demand according to the priority of the priority regulation of reactive power resources and the auxiliary regulation of active power, and the voltage control result is obtained; in a main-distribution coordination mode, the dispatching instruction is converted into reactive power demand, the voltage is regulated through the reactive power demand according to the priority of the priority regulation of reactive power resources and the auxiliary regulation of active power, and the voltage control result is obtained; and in an off-grid autonomous mode, the voltage is maintained stable by a local controller, and the voltage control result is obtained.
