Abstract

This invention discloses a grinding machine and process for processing magnetic materials, specifically relating to the field of grinding machine technology. The grinding machine includes a worktable, a water-stop barrier fixedly connected to the worktable, two notched annular shells positioned above the water-stop barrier, a fixing ring positioned inside the annular shells, a grinding wheel fixedly connected inside the fixing rings, an N-shaped frame positioned above the two annular shells, multiple equidistantly arranged carriages fixedly connected to the worktable, a rectangular frame fixedly connected to the multiple carriages, and a mounting plate movably positioned on the rectangular frame. This invention, through the coordinated operation of various mechanisms and the design of the two annular shells, and the inclusion of a detachable grinding wheel with a conical grinding hole in the center of the annular shell, enables batch grinding of workpieces, avoiding damage to brittle magnetic workpieces during single-pass grinding, improving yield and processing accuracy. A positioning cylinder assists in precise workpiece positioning, ensuring stable processing, reducing waste, and lowering production costs.
