Abstract

This application relates to the field of rebar bundling technology, aiming to solve the problem of existing bundling equipment being immobile, and provides a rebar bundling vehicle, including a transport trolley and a coil rack and bundling device mounted on the transport trolley; a support extends outward from the front side of the transport trolley, the bundling device is integrally mounted on the support, and the coil rack is located at the rear side of the transport trolley; the coil rack is used to load metal wire coils; the bundling device includes a wire feeding mechanism and a bundling mechanism, the wire feeding mechanism is used to connect the metal wire coils and continuously supply wire to the bundling mechanism; the bundling mechanism includes a winding assembly, which is divided into an upper half-circle winding structure and a lower half-circle winding structure, the upper half-circle winding structure and the lower half-circle winding structure are respectively connected to the support through a telescopic air rod, the two telescopic air rods synchronously extend and retract to drive the winding structure hinged to them to rotate up / down along the hinge seat, so as to form an opening structure or close the opening structure on the side of the winding assembly away from the support.
