The high-wear-resistant PTFE membrane material prepared by this invention includes PTFE, wear-resistant filler, lubricant, and composite surfactant. The composite surfactant is obtained by reacting maleic acid derivatives with polyethylene glycol derivatives. The maleic acid derivative is obtained by reacting hydroxyethyl methacrylate, styrene, silane coupling agent KH570, POE, and maleic anhydride. The polyethylene glycol derivative is obtained by reacting 4-imidazolium formaldehyde with mono-amino-terminated polyethylene glycol. This process improves wear resistance while giving the PTFE membrane anti-fouling properties. The wear-resistant filler is obtained by reacting brominated cyclohexylmethyl dimethoxysilane with nano-silica, followed by coating with a perfluoropolyether block copolymer. This process improves wear resistance while the introduced perfluoropolyether further enhances anti-fouling properties.
