Single hydraulic line controlled retrievable packer

Abstract

This invention discloses a single-hydraulic-controlled pipeline-operated recyclable packer, comprising a central shaft with a hydraulic channel connecting a hydraulic setting pressure transmission port and a hydraulic release pressure transmission port. A hydraulically controlled setting mechanism, a rubber sleeve sealing mechanism, a slip anchoring mechanism, and a release mechanism are mounted on the central shaft. This invention can isolate the ESP system, its hydraulic flow deflector provides an oil outlet channel, it can pass through the power cable core, and it achieves suspension sealing functions. A single hydraulically controlled pipeline enables both setting and release. In case of hydraulic release failure, the packer can be directly lifted for release, ensuring packer recovery performance. This invention features a novel design, compact structure, superior overall performance, simple operation, stable performance, and reliable safety.
