Bicycle wheel set comprehensive performance testing machine

Abstract

This invention discloses a comprehensive performance testing machine for bicycle wheelsets. A yaw mechanism is rotatably mounted between the upper platform and the machine base. A height adjustment mechanism for adjusting the height is fixed at the top of the yaw mechanism. A vibration structure for simulating vertical vibration is mounted on the height adjustment mechanism. A yaw component is mounted on the height adjustment mechanism, and a walking structure for bicycle wheel rotation is also mounted on the yaw component. A sliding platform is slidably mounted on the bottom of the machine base via a linear track and a moving cylinder. A roller module is rotatably mounted on the sliding platform via a bearing seat. A high-speed motor and a low-speed motor are also mounted on the sliding platform. This machine integrates multiple testing functions, including riding fatigue, yaw cornering, road bumps, braking performance, acceleration performance, and transmission system compatibility. It comprehensively covers the actual riding scenarios of bicycle wheelsets, completing multiple performance tests of the wheelset in one go, significantly improving testing efficiency.
