Quantitative pressure-controlled valve

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of air tightness detectors, and provides a quantitative pressure-generating air control valve which comprises a cylinder assembly and a valve body assembly. The cylinder assembly comprises a cylinder end cover and a cylinder cylinder body, the cylinder cylinder body is internally provided with a cylinder piston capable of reciprocating, the top end inner wall of the cylinder end cover is inlaid with an upper magnet which is magnetically different from a lower magnet fixed at the top end of the cylinder piston, and the two magnets constitute a magnetic force maintaining mechanism for keeping the cylinder piston at the top end position in a non-working state. The valve body assembly comprises a valve body and a pressure-generating valve core, the pressure-generating valve core is arranged in a valve cavity of the valve body, an annular gas storage cavity is formed between the piston rod of the pressure-generating valve core and the inner wall of the valve body, the rod part of the cylinder piston extends downward into the valve cavity of the valve body, penetrates through the valve body and abuts against one end of the pressure-generating valve core, the other end of the pressure-generating valve core is provided with a spring fixing block, the spring fixing block is connected with a spring in a spring end cover, and the test pressure can be conveniently and continuously adjusted while high detection precision and high efficiency are ensured.
