Abstract

The application discloses an ICU patient delirium intelligent voice dialogue strategy method based on a close relative voiceprint and an ICU sound companion device, and belongs to the field of medical auxiliary equipment. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring and establishing the association between the voiceprint identification of a patient's close relative and patient information and storing the same; acquiring a real-time sedation score of the patient, and matching a corresponding delirium intervention interaction mode according to the sedation score; collecting and processing voice information of the patient according to the selected interaction mode, and extracting cognitive state features; generating personalized voice content with the voice of the close relative and outputting the same based on the cognitive state features and the voiceprint identification of the close relative; recording interaction process data and synchronizing the same, and generating a delirium evaluation trend graph; dynamically adjusting interaction mode parameters according to the sedation score and the delirium evaluation trend graph, and forming a delirium intervention strategy.
