Abstract

The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a bionic structure heat transfer pipe, which comprises a pipe base material and a plurality of fluid channels with different sizes arranged in the pipe base material; the plurality of fluid channels with different sizes jointly form a heat transfer fluid channel, and each fluid channel is independently arranged; each fluid channel is uniformly distributed in the pipe base material, so as to reduce the thickness of the base material between any two adjacent fluid channels, and make the base material between the fluid channels uniformly distributed, thereby increasing the specific surface area of the bionic structure heat transfer pipe and improving the heat conduction uniformity. The bionic structure heat transfer pipe of the embodiment of the present disclosure can significantly increase the effective heat exchange area of the bionic structure heat transfer pipe in unit volume, and improve the specific surface area and comprehensive heat transfer performance of the bionic structure heat transfer pipe.
