Abstract

This invention relates to the field of metabolomics analysis technology, specifically disclosing a method and system for automatically generating metabolomics reports based on MCP (Metabolic Context Analyzer). The system includes: a front-end interaction module for acquiring metabolomics data and constructing MCP messages; an MCP routing module for performing intelligent routing decisions and generating a dynamic analysis workflow blueprint; a Model inference engine for querying the metabolomics knowledge graph based on the MCP messages, calculating the comprehensive context vector, performing conditional structural inference, and obtaining a dynamic metabolomics report template structure containing placeholders; an analysis tool service module for executing analysis services according to the dynamic analysis workflow blueprint, obtaining analysis service results, and mapping them to placeholders; and a report rendering and generation module for generating metabolomics reports. This invention effectively integrates multi-source data and automatically invokes various metabolomics analysis services, realizing a dynamic report generation system.
