Abstract

The application discloses a raw material bin anti-misfeeding device, and relates to the technical field of agricultural power machinery, which comprises a main bin and a trolley, a plurality of second feeding ports are arranged on the upper end of the main bin in a rectangular array, an electromagnetic valve is arranged in the second feeding port, a first infrared receiver is arranged in front of the plurality of second feeding ports on the upper end of the main bin, a second infrared receiver is arranged on the side of the plurality of second feeding ports, a trolley is arranged on the upper end of the main bin, a plurality of feeding bins are arranged on the upper end of the trolley in a rectangular array, a plurality of discharge bins are formed in the surface of the trolley, and the plurality of feeding bins are sequentially connected with the plurality of discharge bins through conveying pipes. The main control panel is provided with a series of structures, and the double signals are intelligently verified; only when the signals are matched successfully, the corresponding electromagnetic valve and the discharge control valve are opened; the raw material misfeeding is prevented from the source; the problems of traditional feeding, such as misfeeding, raw material waste and the like, are solved; and the feeding precision is ensured.
