Oil-floated high-speed centrifugal air compressor

Abstract

This invention discloses an oil-floating high-speed centrifugal air compressor, relating to the field of compressor technology. It solves the technical problem that, under low-temperature conditions, the viscosity of lubricating oil increases, making it difficult to quickly cover the entire journal surface. The compressor includes: a compressor housing with a central shaft inside; and an oil-floating bearing sleeved on the central shaft. By incorporating a heat-insulating conveying mechanism, this invention preheats the lubricating oil initially entering the oil-floating bearing under low-temperature conditions, bringing it closer to its normal operating temperature. This facilitates rapid oil expansion and support of the oil-floating bearing during compressor startup. Furthermore, it collects and cools the lubricating oil carrying waste heat and then re-transports the cooled oil to the oil-floating bearing. This transforms the direct contact between the central shaft and the inner surface of the oil-floating bearing into an oil film-isolated support state, thereby reducing friction and vibration during startup and high-speed operation.
