Packaging method of solid-state battery, solid-state battery pack and new energy vehicle

Abstract

This application discloses a solid-state battery encapsulation method, a solid-state battery pack, and a new energy vehicle, belonging to the field of solid-state battery technology. The solid-state battery encapsulation method includes: providing a first precursor for the solid-state battery, the first precursor including a battery cell and an insulating layer covering the outer surface of the battery cell, the insulating layer covering at least two opposite outer surfaces of the battery cell in the thickness direction; encapsulating the first precursor once with a first encapsulation film to obtain a second precursor for the solid-state battery; performing isostatic pressing on the second precursor, and removing the second precursor after the isostatic pressing to obtain the battery cell; and encapsulating the battery cell a second time with a second encapsulation film to obtain the solid-state battery. This application, through a secondary encapsulation process, improves the cell density while maintaining the flatness of the encapsulation appearance, greatly reducing the risk of interface leakage and ensuring the safety of solid-state battery use.
