Abstract

本发明公开了TaMPK3蛋白及其编码基因在调控植物茎基腐病抗性中的应用。所述TaMPK3蛋白的氨基酸序列如SEQ ID No.1所示。通过实验证明:与未转基因受体对照相比,在茎基腐病害胁迫条件下,过表达TaMPK3基因的转基因小麦植株的长势显著优于受体对照,且病级指数显著低于受体对照,地上部分长度、鲜重和干重均显著高于受体对照。说明TaMPK3基因的过表达可以显著提高小麦的茎基腐病抗性。本发明挖掘了能够调控植物茎基腐病抗性的新基因,对于提高植物的茎基腐病抗性、培育抗茎基腐病植物新品种和减轻病害胁迫对生产造成的影响具有重要的意义和应用价值。
