AI Technical Summary
Existing infrared detection devices suffer from insufficient signal strength due to the small size of the lens unit in dense field-of-view situations, and also have a large blind zone, making it difficult to achieve high sensitivity and high precision micro-motion detection.
The multi-probe design with overlapping and complementary field of view is adopted. It uses four pyroelectric sensors, each with at least two sets of even-numbered sensitive elements, which are arranged in a long strip. The optical center design of the lens group makes the field of view overlapping and complementary, reducing the blind zone and enhancing the signal strength.
It improves the field-of-view density of infrared detection devices, breaks through the sensitivity and accuracy limitations of traditional designs, and is suitable for micro-motion detection scenarios, achieving high sensitivity and high accuracy in non-stationary human body detection.

Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to the field of passive infrared human presence detection, and more specifically to a multi-probe infrared human presence detection device with a field-of-view distributed overlapping complementary structure. Background Technology
[0002] Among existing technologies for detecting human presence, the most widely used and mature technology is the use of pyroelectric infrared (PIR) sensors to detect cross-regional movements of the human body within a detection area, based on the partitioning of a corresponding detection region using an infrared detection lens. The corresponding infrared detection device corresponds to... Figure 1 The structural principle includes an infrared detection lens 10P and a pyroelectric infrared sensor (also called a probe) 20P. The pyroelectric infrared sensor 20P is exemplified in a binary configuration. The pyroelectric sensor 20P includes a positive sensing element 21P and a negative sensing element 22P arranged side-by-side in the same signal channel. The infrared detection lens 10P is a lens array composed of multiple lens units 11P, each of which has the same light-gathering characteristics as a convex lens. The pyroelectric sensor 20P is configured with the positive sensing element 21P and the negative sensing element 22P facing the infrared detection lens 10P. The positive sensing element 21P forms a corresponding temperature-sensing space (field of view) through any of the lens units 11P and is defined as a bright area. The negative sensing element 22P forms a corresponding temperature-sensing space (field of view) through any of the lens units 11P and is defined as a dark area. The bright area formed by the pyroelectric sensor 20P through the same lens unit 11P... There is also a blind zone between the bright and dark areas. Based on the focusing principle of the convex lens and the reversibility of the optical path, the bright and dark areas correspond to the spatial ranges projected by the positive sensitive element 21P and the negative sensitive element 22P through the corresponding lens unit 11P, respectively. Infrared light emitted by the human body in the bright area can be focused by the lens unit 11P to the positive sensitive element 21P, causing the pyroelectric sensor 20P to generate a positive voltage. Infrared light emitted by the human body in the dark area can be focused by the lens unit 11P to the negative sensitive element 22P, causing the pyroelectric sensor 20P to generate a negative voltage. In this way, the pyroelectric sensor 20P can form a corresponding number of bright and dark areas and a blind zone defined between the bright and dark areas through each lens unit 11P of the infrared detection lens 10P. When the human body makes a cross-area movement between any two areas of the bright, dark, and blind areas, it forms a corresponding displacement of the infrared spot, and can detect the human body's cross-area movement based on the corresponding electrical signal change.
[0003] Based on the aforementioned working principle of the infrared detection device, it can be understood that for the bright area, dark area, and blind area formed by the pyroelectric sensor 20P through the same lens unit 11P, the projected dimensions of these areas on the corresponding detection surface (such as the ground) are proportionally related to the dimensions of the positive sensitive element 21P and the negative sensitive element 22P of the pyroelectric sensor 20P, as well as the size of the gap between the positive and negative sensitive elements 21P and 22P. These dimensions increase with the increase of the distance between the installation position of the infrared detection device and the detection surface (corresponding to the installation height in the top-mounted state). Therefore, although those skilled in the art know that the denser the projection of the field of view formed by the pyroelectric sensor 20P through each lens unit 11P onto the ground, the higher the detection sensitivity and accuracy of the infrared detection device, this known conclusion is based on the premise that the projected dimensions of the bright area, dark area, and blind area formed by the pyroelectric sensor 20P through the same lens unit 11P on the ground must meet certain size requirements. In other words, regarding the bright area, dark area, and blind area formed by the pyroelectric sensor 20P through the same lens unit 11P, the blind area must exist and project onto the ground at the same proportion as the bright and dark areas. Correspondingly, when the projection of the field of view formed by the pyroelectric sensor 20P through each lens unit 11P onto the ground is too dense, on the one hand, due to the area limitation of the infrared detection lens 10P, the size of each lens unit 11P will be too small to obtain a sufficiently strong detection signal based on the human body's movement across any two areas of the bright, dark, and blind areas; on the other hand, an overly dense field of view projection means that the projection area is also very small, so the space occupied by the human body may simultaneously be in the bright and dark areas, causing the infrared radiation from the human body to cancel out the signals generated by the interconnected positive sensitive element 21P and negative sensitive element 22P. Therefore, even if a four-element pyroelectric sensor 20P is used to increase the number of sensitive elements, the size requirement of the gap between the positive and negative sensitive elements in the same signal channel for the corresponding infrared detection device's field of view projection remains a constraint. Figure 2 The diagram shows that there are still continuous blind spots of considerable size.
[0004] In summary, in the traditional design of the infrared detection device, the projection size of the bright area, dark area, and blind area formed by the pyroelectric sensor 20P through the same lens unit 11P on the ground at the recommended installation height must meet certain size requirements, such as a width requirement of at least 20cm, and usually a width requirement of more than 30cm, to ensure the signal strength corresponding to human body movements across the area. This limits the improvement of the detection sensitivity and accuracy of the infrared detection device, resulting in the current infrared detection device having a low upper limit of sensitivity and accuracy. Therefore, it is difficult to stably take into account the micro-motion detection of the human body based on the non-stationary human body detection requirements, such as raising / waving hands, slight forward and backward tilting of the body, left and right swaying, and swaying of the upper and lower body. Summary of the Invention
[0005] One objective of this invention is to provide a multi-probe infrared human presence detection device with a field-of-view distributed overlapping and complementary design. This device, under the constraint of the size requirement of the gap between sensitive elements in the same signal channel, effectively increases the field-of-view density of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device, thereby overcoming limitations to improve the detection sensitivity and accuracy of the device. This makes it suitable for micro-motion detection scenarios and meets the needs of non-stationary human presence detection, thus possessing significant technical and commercial value.
[0006] Another object of the present invention is to provide a multi-probe infrared human presence detection device with a field-of-view distributed overlapping complementary structure, wherein the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device has four pyroelectric sensors that meet the following requirements: each pyroelectric sensor has at least two sets of sensitive elements, each set of sensitive elements has an even multiple of the number of sensitive elements and is located in the same signal channel, each pyroelectric sensor is arranged in a configuration with at least two signal channels, wherein the sensitive elements of each pyroelectric sensor are all configured as elongated strips, and the sensitive elements in the same pyroelectric sensor are arranged side by side in the width direction and have the same length extension direction, wherein adjacent sensitive elements on each pyroelectric sensor are sensitive elements located in different signal channels, i.e., in the same... Adjacent sensitive elements in one signal channel are separated by at least one sensitive element in another signal channel. This satisfies the size requirement of the gap between sensitive elements in the same signal channel while narrowing the gap between adjacent sensitive elements on the same pyroelectric sensor. This reduces the signal cancellation between sensitive elements in the same signal channel while ensuring signal strength, and also reduces the blind zone between the fields of view corresponding to adjacent sensitive elements, thereby increasing the field of view density of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device. Furthermore, by increasing the size of the sensitive elements, the signal strength of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device in the corresponding detection scenario can be further improved under the limitation of the infrared focusing receiving window area of the pyroelectric sensor.
[0007] Another objective of this invention is to provide a multi-probe infrared human presence detection device with a field-of-view dispersion overlapping complementary design. The four pyroelectric sensors are respectively named a first pyroelectric sensor, a second pyroelectric sensor, a third pyroelectric sensor, and a fourth pyroelectric sensor. These sensors have the same infrared focusing receiving window orientation and satisfy the following conditions: the sensitive elements of the first and second pyroelectric sensors have different length extension directions, and the sensitive elements of the third and fourth pyroelectric sensors have different length extension directions. This allows the field of view formed by the first pyroelectric sensor through a matching first lens to be compatible with the field of view formed by the second pyroelectric sensor through a matching second lens, based on the first lens and... The second lens overlaps with each other due to the convergent design of its optical center distribution. This, along with the overlapping of the field of view formed by the third pyroelectric sensor through its matching third lens and the field of view formed by the fourth pyroelectric sensor through its matching fourth lens, results in the blind zone formed by the projection of the field of view of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device per unit area being further reduced due to the overlap of the fields of view. Furthermore, the behavior of the infrared radiator crossing the field of view boundary can be effectively responded to by the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device based on the isolation of the signal channels between the different pyroelectric sensors. This effectively increases the field of view density of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device, thereby breaking through limitations and improving the detection sensitivity and accuracy of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device to suit micro-motion detection scenarios.
[0008] Another object of the present invention is to provide a multi-probe infrared human presence detection device with a field-of-view scattering and overlapping complementary structure, wherein the first lens, the second lens, the third lens, and the fourth lens each have a first annular lens region and a second annular lens region disposed around the first annular lens region. The first annular lens region and the second annular lens region each include multiple lens units with a single optical center design and possessing the same light-gathering characteristics as a convex lens. The lens group consisting of the first lens and the second lens is the first lens group, and the lens group consisting of the third lens and the fourth lens is the second lens group. The optical center distribution design of the first lens, the second lens, the third lens, and the fourth lens satisfies the following: the optical centers of the lens units in the first and second annular lens regions of one lens in the same lens group can overlap with the optical centers of the lens units in the first and second annular lens regions of another lens based on translation; the optical center of any lens in the first lens group overlaps with the optical center of any lens in the second lens group. The optical centers of the lenses can be arranged in a translational manner, with the optical centers of the two lens units in the first annular lens region staggered along a first annular line, and the optical centers of the two lens units in the second annular lens region staggered along a second annular line. This allows the two lenses in the same lens group to have a similar optical center distribution design, enabling the overlap of the fields of view of the two lenses in the same lens group. At the same time, the field of view array units formed by the lens units of each annular lens region of each pyroelectric sensor can be dispersed to avoid optical path interference between adjacent lens units in the same annular lens region. It also enables the fields of view of the two lens groups to be complementary in space. Thus, while ensuring signal strength, the field of view density of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device is improved in a near-blind zone-free field of view distribution, thereby breaking through the limitations and improving the detection sensitivity and accuracy of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device to be suitable for micro-motion detection scenarios to match the needs of non-stationary human presence detection.
[0009] Another objective of this invention is to provide a multi-probe infrared human presence detection device with a field-of-view dispersion-based overlapping and complementary design. The first annular line is an annular line with four straight sides that are opposite to each other in pairs. The second annular line has four line segments that are parallel to the four sides of the first annular line. In this way, the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device has a field-of-view projection that is close to a rectangle based on the field-of-view dispersion-based overlapping and complementary design. Therefore, it is advantageous to perfectly adapt to application scenarios where indoor spaces are the target detection spaces.
[0010] Another object of the present invention is to provide a multi-probe infrared human presence detection device with a field-of-view scattering and overlapping complementary structure, wherein each of the lenses further has a central region, wherein a first annular lens region is arranged around the central region, and each of the pyroelectric sensors is arranged with its infrared focusing receiving window facing the central region of the corresponding lens, thereby simplifying the optical structure design of each lens while meeting the aforementioned optical center design requirements.
[0011] Another object of the present invention is to provide a multi-probe infrared human presence detection device with a field-of-view scattering and overlapping complementary structure, wherein each of the lenses is provided with a first connecting ring connecting the outer edge of the first annular lens area and the inner edge of the second annular lens area, wherein when the pyroelectric sensors have the same infrared focusing receiving window orientation, with the infrared focusing receiving window orientation of the pyroelectric sensors being downward, the second annular lens area is configured such that its inner edge is lower than the outer edge of the first annular lens area, and simultaneously lower than the outer edge of the second annular lens area itself, thereby ensuring the effective light-receiving area of each lens while reducing the thickness of the lens in the vertical direction under appropriate diameter size constraints, and making the... The principal optical axis of each lens unit in the second annular lens region can be biased towards the matched pyroelectric sensor, which helps to ensure effective light transmission efficiency and signal strength. Furthermore, the deviation of each lens unit in the second annular lens region from the lens units in the first annular lens region from the matched pyroelectric sensor reduces the projection distortion of the field of view formed by the pyroelectric sensor through the matched lens units in the second annular lens region onto the ground. This allows the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device to form a high-density and highly balanced field of view projection distribution in the target space based on a distributed, overlapping, and complementary field of view, thus facilitating high-precision and high-stability non-stationary human presence detection.
[0012] Another objective of this invention is to provide a multi-probe infrared human presence detection device with a field-of-view scattering and overlapping complementary design. In this device, each of the pyroelectric sensors has the same infrared focusing and receiving window orientation and is directly facing the central area of its corresponding lens. The first, second, third, and fourth pyroelectric sensors are arranged in a four-corner configuration around a rotational direction. That is, the first, second, third, and fourth pyroelectric sensors are arranged in a four-corner configuration with the same infrared focusing and receiving window orientation. Correspondingly, the first, second, third, and fourth lenses are also arranged in a four-corner configuration. This arrangement helps to balance the distance differences between each pair of lenses, thereby ensuring the uniformity of the field-of-view projection distribution formed by the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device based on the field-of-view scattering and overlapping complementary design.
[0013] Another objective of this invention is to provide a multi-probe infrared human presence detection device with a field-of-view scattering and overlapping complementary configuration. In this device, the first lens, the second lens, the third lens, and the fourth lens are arranged in a four-corner configuration, and two lenses from the same lens group are arranged diagonally within this configuration. This results in overlapping fields of view between the two lenses from the same lens group. Based on the diagonal arrangement of the two lenses from the same lens group in the four-corner configuration, the balance of the field-of-view projection distribution formed by the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device with a field-of-view scattering and overlapping complementary configuration is further optimized.
[0014] Another objective of this invention is to provide a multi-probe infrared human presence detection device with a field-of-view scattering and overlapping complementary configuration, wherein the first lens, the second lens, the third lens, and the fourth lens are arranged in a four-corner configuration and are integrally formed in this four-corner configuration. This helps to avoid the influence of assembly errors on the balance of the field-of-view projection distribution formed by the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device based on the field-of-view scattering and overlapping complementary configuration.
[0015] Another objective of this invention is to provide a multi-probe infrared human presence detection device with a field-of-view distributed overlapping complementary structure. The first, second, third, and fourth pyroelectric sensors are all configured in a dual-channel quaternary configuration, comprising four sensing elements. The sensing elements corresponding to the same pyroelectric sensor are arranged in a strip-like shape and side-by-side in the width direction. The four sensing elements are named as the first, second, third, and fourth sensing elements according to their side-by-side arrangement in the width direction. The first and third sensing elements are located in the same signal channel, and the second and fourth sensing elements are located in the same signal channel. The element is located in another signal channel. This satisfies the size requirement of the gap between sensitive elements in the same signal channel, while reducing the width of the gap between adjacent sensitive elements on the same pyroelectric sensor to less than or equal to 0.8 mm, which helps to reduce the blind zone. It also allows the blind zone formed by the projection of the field of view of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device per unit area to approach a blind zone-free state based on the overlap of the field of view. Thus, under the size requirement of the gap between sensitive elements in the same signal channel, an equivalent increase in the field of view density of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device is achieved, thereby breaking through the limitations and improving the detection sensitivity and accuracy of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device to be suitable for micro-motion detection scenarios.
[0016] To achieve at least one of the above objectives, the present invention provides a multi-probe infrared human presence detection device with a field-of-view dispersion and overlapping complementary structure, the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device comprising:
[0017] Four pyroelectric sensors are provided, each having at least two sets of sensitive elements. Each set of sensitive elements has an even multiple of the number of sensitive elements and is located in the same signal channel. Each pyroelectric sensor is configured with at least two signal channels. The sensitive elements of each pyroelectric sensor are elongated, and the sensitive elements within the same pyroelectric sensor are arranged side-by-side in the width direction with the same length extension direction. Adjacent sensitive elements on each pyroelectric sensor are located in different signal channels. The four pyroelectric sensors are named a first pyroelectric sensor, a second pyroelectric sensor, a third pyroelectric sensor, and a fourth pyroelectric sensor. Both the first and second annular lens regions include multiple lens units with a single optical center design, exhibiting the same light-gathering characteristics as a convex lens. The first lens group consists of the first lens and the second lens, and the second lens group consists of the third lens and the fourth lens. The optical center distribution design of the second lens group, the first lens, the second lens, the third lens, and the fourth lens satisfies the following: the field of view formed by the two first annular lens areas in the same lens group overlaps on the same projection plane; the field of view formed by the two second annular lens areas in the same lens group overlaps on the same projection plane; the field of view formed by any first annular lens area in the first lens group and the field of view formed by any first annular lens area in the second lens group are complementary on the same projection plane; and the field of view formed by any second annular lens area in the first lens group and the field of view formed by any second annular lens area in the second lens group are complementary on the same projection plane.

[0076] The following description is intended to disclose the present invention and enable those skilled in the art to implement it. The preferred embodiments described below are merely examples, and other obvious variations will occur to those skilled in the art. The basic principles of the invention defined in the following description can be applied to other embodiments, modifications, improvements, equivalents, and other technical solutions that do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.
[0077] Those skilled in the art should understand that, in the disclosure of this invention, the terms "longitudinal," "lateral," "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inner," and "outer," etc., indicate the orientation or positional relationship based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the accompanying drawings. [0078] It is understood that the term "a" should be understood as "at least one" or "one or more", that is, in one embodiment, the number of an element can be one, while in another embodiment, the number of the element can be multiple, and the term "a" should not be understood as a limitation on the number.
[0079] This invention provides a multi-probe infrared human presence detection device with a field-of-view distributed overlapping and complementary design. Under the constraint of the size requirement of the gap between the sensitive elements in the same signal channel, the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device can form an equivalent increase in the field-of-view density of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device, thereby breaking through the limitation to improve the detection sensitivity and accuracy of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device to make it suitable for micro-motion detection scenarios and match the needs of non-stationary human presence detection. Therefore, it has significant technical significance and commercial value.
[0080] Specifically, the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device is based on the structural design and arrangement of four pyroelectric sensors and the optical center distribution design of two lens groups matching the pyroelectric sensors. This achieves a distributed overlap of the fields of view of the two lenses in the same lens group and spatial complementarity of the fields of view of the two lens groups respectively. Thus, while ensuring signal strength, the field of view density of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device is improved in a field of view distribution that is close to having no blind spots. This breaks through the limitations and improves the detection sensitivity and accuracy of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device to make it suitable for micro-motion detection scenarios to match the needs of non-stationary human presence detection.
[0081] Example, referring to the accompanying drawings of the specification of the present invention. Figures 3A to 7C As shown, the structural principle of a multi-probe infrared human presence detection device according to an embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. The multi-probe infrared human presence detection device includes four pyroelectric sensors 10 that meet the following requirements: each pyroelectric sensor 10 has at least two sets of sensitive elements 101, each set of sensitive elements 101 has an even multiple of the number of sensitive elements and is located in the same signal channel, each pyroelectric sensor 10 is configured to have at least two signal channels, wherein the sensitive elements 101 of each pyroelectric sensor 10 are all configured as elongated strips, and the sensitive elements 101 in the same pyroelectric sensor 10 are arranged side by side in the width direction and have the same length extension direction, wherein adjacent sensitive elements 101 on each pyroelectric sensor 10 are sensitive elements 101 located in different signal channels, that is, adjacent sensitive elements 101 located in the same signal channel are separated by at least one sensitive element 101 located in other signal channels.
[0082] This satisfies the size requirement of the gap between sensitive elements 101 in the same signal channel, while narrowing the gap between adjacent sensitive elements 101 on the same pyroelectric sensor 10. Correspondingly, while weakening the signal cancellation between sensitive elements 101 in the same signal channel and ensuring signal strength, it also reduces the blind zone corresponding to the gap between adjacent sensitive elements 101 to improve the field of view density of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device. Furthermore, under the area limitation of the infrared focusing receiving window 11 of the pyroelectric sensor 10, the signal strength of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device in the corresponding detection scenario can be further improved by increasing the size of the sensitive elements 101.
[0083] It is understood that, in the above description of the present invention, the connection methods between the sensitive elements 101 in the same signal channel respectively correspond to Figure 4C and Figure 4D The connection method shown in the figure corresponds to Figure 4CAs shown, in a signal channel formed by a group of sensitive elements 101 connected in reverse polarity series, each sensitive element 101 is connected in series with the same polarity, and the poles connected between any two connected sensitive elements 101 are either positive or negative. Corresponding to Figure 4D As shown, in a signal channel formed by a group of sensing elements 101 connected in a parallel configuration with opposite polarities, each sensing element 101 is connected in parallel between two parallel terminals, and the number of positive terminals of sensing elements 101 connected to the same parallel terminal is the same as the number of negative terminals. This ensures that the electrical signals generated by the sensing elements 101 in the same channel due to changes in the overall ambient temperature can cancel each other out, and the response is limited to local temperature changes related to human movement or micro-motions.
[0084] Therefore, based on the above-mentioned connection relationship between the sensing elements 101 in the same signal channel, when the pyroelectric sensor 10 is set up in a state with at least two signal channels, each signal channel forms a signal output loop between the connection point of the common reference ground and the input of the subsequent signal processing. Correspondingly, in the actual pyroelectric sensor 10, when each sensing element 101 is not marked with positive and negative poles and / or it is difficult to determine the positive and negative poles, the sensing elements 101 in the same signal channel should be defined as the sensing elements 101 connected between the reference ground and the connection point of the same input of the subsequent signal processing.
[0085] Preferably, the sensitive elements 101 in the pyroelectric sensor 10 are all set as elongated shapes with an aspect ratio greater than or equal to 2. The elongated shape of the sensitive element 101 includes, but is not limited to, regular shapes such as rectangles, ellipses, and shapes with chamfered corners relative to rectangles. For example, the elongated shape of the sensitive element 101 can also be set as an irregular shape. When the aspect ratio of the sensitive element is determined based on the length and width of the sensitive element 101, the definition of the length and width of the regular shape of the sensitive element 101 should follow the traditional understanding of the length and width of these regular shapes. When the length and width of the regular or irregular shape of the sensitive element 101 cannot be clearly defined based on the traditional understanding of the length and width, the distance between the two points with the longest distance on the sensitive element 101 should be taken as the length of the sensitive element 101, and then the maximum dimension perpendicular to the length direction should be taken as the width of the sensitive element 101.
[0086] More preferably, adjacent sensing elements 101 on each of the pyroelectric sensors 10 are in different signal channels, and there is a gap width of less than or equal to 0.8 mm between adjacent sensing elements 101 in the width direction. Thus, under the area limitation of the infrared focusing receiving window 11 corresponding to the volume of the pyroelectric sensor 10, the size of the sensing elements 101 of each pyroelectric sensor 10 can be increased by reducing the gap between the sensing elements 101, which is beneficial to improving the signal strength and stability of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device in micro-motion detection scenarios.
[0087] Furthermore, the four pyroelectric sensors 10 are respectively named the first pyroelectric sensor 10A, the second pyroelectric sensor 10B, the third pyroelectric sensor 10C, and the fourth pyroelectric sensor 10D. The multi-probe infrared human presence detection device is as follows: Figure 3B The system also includes a first lens 20A matched with the first pyroelectric sensor 10A, a second lens 20B matched with the second pyroelectric sensor 10B, a third lens 20C matched with the third pyroelectric sensor 10C, and a fourth lens 20D matched with the fourth pyroelectric sensor 10D. Each of the first lens 20A, second lens 20B, third lens 20C, and fourth lens 20D includes multiple lens units 201 with a single optical center design and the same light-gathering characteristics as a convex lens. The first pyroelectric sensor 10A, second pyroelectric sensor 10B, third pyroelectric sensor 10C, and fourth pyroelectric sensor 10D have the same infrared focusing receiving window 11 orientation and are arranged as shown in the diagram. Figure 4A The diagram shows that the length extension directions of the sensing elements 101 of the first pyroelectric sensor 10A and the second pyroelectric sensor 10B are different, and the length extension directions of the sensing elements 101 of the third pyroelectric sensor 10C and the fourth pyroelectric sensor 10D are also different. This ensures that the field of view formed by the first pyroelectric sensor 10A through its matching first lens 20A is similar to the field of view formed by the second pyroelectric sensor 10B through its matching second lens 20B, based on the convergent design of the optical center distribution of the first lens 20A and the second lens 20B. Figure 7A The overlapping shown, and the field of view formed by the third pyroelectric sensor 10C through the matched third lens 20C, is such that it corresponds to the field of view formed by the fourth pyroelectric sensor 10D through the matched fourth lens 20D, based on the convergent design of the optical center distribution of the third lens 20C and the fourth lens 20D. Figure 7BThe overlapping of the pyroelectric sensors 10 and their corresponding lens units 201 further reduces the blind zone in the field-of-view array unit formed by each lens unit 201 of the corresponding lens 20. Furthermore, the behavior of the infrared radiator crossing the field-of-view boundary is effectively responded to by the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device based on the isolation of the signal channels between the different pyroelectric sensors 10. This results in an equivalent increase in the field-of-view density of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device, thereby overcoming limitations and significantly improving the detection sensitivity and accuracy of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device to suit micro-motion detection scenarios.
[0088] It is worth mentioning that each of the pyroelectric sensors 10 is configured with at least two signal channels. This corresponds to the situation where the field of view formed by the first pyroelectric sensor 10A through its matching first lens 20A and the field of view formed by the second pyroelectric sensor 10B through its matching second lens 20B overlap based on the convergent design of the optical center distribution of the first lens 20A and the second lens 20B. Similarly, the field of view formed by the third pyroelectric sensor 10C through its matching third lens 20C and the field of view formed by the fourth pyroelectric sensor 10D through its matching fourth lens 20D overlap based on the convergent design of the optical center distribution of the first lens 20A and the second lens 20B. When the convergent designs of 0D in the optical center distribution overlap, based on the combined analysis of signals from different signal channels of the different pyroelectric sensors 10, for example, by determining whether it is triggered by a single-channel signal or a multi-channel signal, in the case of single-channel triggering, the approximate location of the detected target is confirmed according to the trigger channel number, and in the case of multi-channel signal triggering: 1) summing and subtracting the signals of multiple channels to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of target detection; 2) judging the target motion type based on the comparison of the phase and / or amplitude of the signals of multiple channels; 3) multi-channel time series analysis (polarity changes, periodic differences and time series analysis after summation and subtraction of signals of different signal channels, etc.) to extract the time series differences between moving targets and interference. The above-described processing method enhances the detection capability of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device while simultaneously mitigating interference, such as interference caused by wind or the alternation of hot and cold air due to opening and closing doors and windows. This allows for the effective differentiation of motion interference or environmental interference that differs from human micro-movements and movement. Consequently, it facilitates the improvement of the detection accuracy and anti-interference capability of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device based on the combined analysis of signals from different signal channels of the pyroelectric sensors 10. This ensures that the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device achieves high sensitivity and high accuracy, guaranteeing its reliability and stability in micro-movement detection scenarios.
[0089] In other words, in the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device of the present invention, each of the pyroelectric sensors 10 is arranged in a form with at least two signal channels. Each group of sensitive elements 101 has an even multiple of the number of sensitive elements 101 and is in the same signal channel. Each of the pyroelectric sensors 10 can be arranged in a dual-channel quaternary form, a dual-channel octet form, or a three-channel hexaternary form. Furthermore, the arrangement of sensitive elements on the same pyroelectric sensor 10 satisfies the following: adjacent sensitive elements 101 in the same signal channel are separated by at least one sensitive element 101 in another signal channel, and the gap width between adjacent sensitive elements 101 in the width direction is less than or equal to 0.8 mm.
[0090] It is also worth mentioning that, based on production errors and design variations within a reasonable range, the understanding in the description of the present invention that the first pyroelectric sensor 10A, the second pyroelectric sensor 10B, the third pyroelectric sensor 10C, and the fourth pyroelectric sensor 10D have the same orientation of the infrared focusing receiving window 11 should be understood as the relative tilt angle between any two of the pyroelectric sensors 10 in the direction perpendicular to the sensing element 101 (or the orientation of the infrared focusing receiving window 11) being less than or equal to 20°.
[0091] Further, the first lens 20A, the second lens 20B, the third lens 20C, and the fourth lens 20D are as follows: Figure 5A and Figure 5B The images shown all have a first annular lens region 21 and a second annular lens region 22 arranged around the first annular lens region 21. Both the first annular lens region 21 and the second annular lens region 22 include multiple lens units 201 with a single optical center design and possessing the same light-gathering characteristics as a convex lens. The first lens group consists of the first lens 20A and the second lens 20B, and the second lens group consists of the third lens 20C and the fourth lens 20D. The optical center distribution design of the first lens 20A, the second lens 20B, the third lens 20C, and the fourth lens 20D is as follows: Figure 5C and Figure 5DThe following conditions are met: the fields of view formed by the two first annular lens regions 21 in the same lens group of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device overlap on the same projection plane; the fields of view formed by the two second annular lens regions 22 in the same lens group overlap on the same projection plane; the field of view formed by any first annular lens region 21 in the first lens group and the field of view formed by any first annular lens region 21 in the second lens group are complementary on the same projection plane; and the field of view formed by any second annular lens region 22 in the first lens group and the field of view formed by any second annular lens region 22 in the second lens group are complementary on the same projection plane. This achieves the overlap between the fields of view of the two lenses 20 in the same lens group, and simultaneously ensures that the field of view array unit formed by each pyroelectric sensor 10 through each lens unit 201 of any annular lens region 21 / 22 of the corresponding lens 20 corresponds to... Figures 6A to 6C The arrangement shown avoids optical path interference between adjacent lens units 201 on the same annular lens region 21 / 22 by dispersing the arrangement, and can correspond to Figure 7C The diagram shows that the fields of view of the two lens groups are complementary in space, thereby improving the field of view density of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device in a field of view distribution that is close to having no blind spots while ensuring signal strength. This breaks through the limitations and improves the detection sensitivity and accuracy of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device to make it suitable for micro-motion detection scenarios and to match the needs of non-stationary human presence detection.
[0092] It is worth mentioning that, based on identifying the projection of the field of view formed by each of the lens units 201 of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device through the physical lens unit 201 to determine whether the optical center distribution design of each lens 20 meets the above-mentioned requirements, the principle of optical path reversibility can be utilized. In the state where each sensitive element 101 of the pyroelectric sensor 10 matched with the lens 20 is equivalently replaced with a light source with the same shape, the projection of the light source on the fixed reference plane through the corresponding lens unit 201 is taken as the projection of the field of view formed by the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device through the lens unit 201 on the reference plane. The overlapping and complementary relationship between the field of view formed by the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device through the corresponding lens unit 201 on the same projection plane can be determined.
[0093] It is understood that the complementary relationship between the fields of view of the two lens groups described in this invention does not constitute a limitation on seamless connection between adjacent field of view array units or projections of field of view array units. When each field of view array unit itself has a blind zone corresponding to the gap between adjacent sensitive elements 101, the complementary relationship between the fields of view of the two lens groups described in this invention also does not constitute a limitation on seamless connection between adjacent fields of view or field of view projections. The purpose of complementarity is to reduce the blind zone within the overall detection range to improve the field of view density. Therefore, the complementary relationship between the fields of view of the two lens groups described in this invention can be either a proximity relationship with blind zones between the fields of view or a proximity relationship with partial overlap between the fields of view, as long as the field of view distribution of the two lens groups, relative to the field of view distribution of a single lens group, can reduce the blind zone within the overall detection range to improve the field of view density.
[0094] Furthermore, in this embodiment of the invention, the optical centers of the lens units 201 of the first annular lens region 21 and the second annular lens region 22 of one lens 20 in the same lens group are designed to overlap (including partially overlap) with the optical centers of the lens units 201 of the first annular lens region 21 and the second annular lens region 22 of the other lens 20 based on translation. The optical centers of any lens 20 in the first lens group and any lens 20 in the second lens group are designed to overlap (including partially overlap) based on translation. Figure 5D The optical centers of the lens units 201 forming the two first annular lens regions 21 are staggered along a first annular line, and the optical centers of the lens units 201 forming the two second annular lens regions 22 are staggered along a second annular line. This design ensures that the two lenses 20 in the same lens group have similar optical center distributions, enabling overlap between the fields of view of the two lenses 20 in the same lens group. Simultaneously, the field of view array unit formed by each pyroelectric sensor 10 through each lens unit 201 of any of the annular lens regions 21 / 22 of the corresponding lens 20 corresponds to... Figures 6A to 6C The arrangement shown avoids optical path interference between adjacent lens units 201 on the same annular lens region 21 / 22 by dispersing the arrangement, and can correspond to Figure 7C The diagram illustrates how the fields of view of the two lens groups are spatially complementary.
[0095] It is worth mentioning that, based on the optical center distribution design that meets the aforementioned requirements, each lens 20 has a lower optical center distribution density compared to traditional lenses. Correspondingly, under the same area constraint, the number of lens units 201 of each lens 20 can be reduced while increasing the area of each lens unit 201. Furthermore, benefiting from the advantage that optical path interference between adjacent lens units 201 on the same annular lens region 21 / 22 can be avoided, the effective focusing energy density of each lens unit 201 can be significantly improved, thereby enhancing the signal strength, especially in the micro-motion detection scenario for non-stationary human presence detection signals.
[0096] It is understood that, in the description of this invention, the lens unit 201 is a lens unit with a single optical center design and the same light-gathering characteristics as a convex lens. This could be a lens unit with a Fresnel lens shape and a Fresnel pattern design with concentric circles / arcs, a lens unit with a bean-like shape (thick in the middle and thin at the edges), a bean-like shape with a chopped edge, or a lens unit with Fresnel patterns on the outer periphery of a bean. Due to specific shape and processing precision design, the optical center of the lens unit 201 is not an ideal point and may be designed as a non-complete equivalent convex lens, resulting in an optical center design that deviates from the body of the lens unit 201. This corresponds to determining the optical center of the lens unit 201, which is identified from the production design drawings of each lens 20, to determine the light intensity of each lens 20. When determining whether the center distribution design satisfies the above characteristics, on the same surface of each lens 20 (where the light-emitting surface of the lens 20 is the side facing the pyroelectric sensor 10 that it matches, and the light-incident surface of the lens 20 is the side opposite to the light-emitting surface), for the lens unit 201 configured as a Fresnel lens, the center of the circle is the intersection of the central axes of the Fresnel patterns in the form of concentric circles or concentric arcs on that surface, and a region on that surface with a radius of 1 mm from the center of that circle is equivalently regarded as the optical center of the lens unit 201; and for the lens unit 201 configured as a bean shape, or a bean-shaped cut edge shape, or a bean shape with Fresnel patterns on the outer periphery, the center of the circle is the thickest point of the bean on that surface, and a region on that surface with a radius of 1 mm from the center of that circle is equivalently regarded as the optical center of the lens unit 201.
[0097] It is understandable that, for lens units 201 belonging to the same annular lens region 21 / 22, based on the specific shape design of the annular lens region 21 / 22, the optical centers of the lens units 201 may not be located on the same plane, and may also deviate from the lens unit 201 body due to the lens unit 201 adopting a non-complete equivalent convex lens shape design. Therefore, based on the optical centers of the lens units 201 of the identification entity to determine whether the optical center distribution design of each lens 20 meets the above-mentioned characteristics, the principle of optical path reversibility can also be utilized. By equivalently replacing the infrared focusing receiving window 11 of the pyroelectric sensor 10 matching the lens 20 with a light source of the same shape, the center of the projection of this light source onto the fixed reference plane through the corresponding lens unit 201 is taken as the equivalent optical center of the lens unit 201. Thus, based on the setting of the fixed reference plane, it can be determined whether the equivalent optical center distribution design of each lens 20 meets the above-mentioned characteristics.
[0098] In particular, in order to enable the optical centers of the lens units 201 of the first annular lens region 21 and the second annular lens region 22 of one lens 20 in the same lens group to overlap with the optical centers of the lens units 201 of the first annular lens region 21 and the second annular lens region 22 of the other lens 20 in a translational manner, the two first annular lens regions 21 and the two second annular lens regions 22 of the two lenses 20 in the same lens group are preferably designed to have the same optical center distribution. This is beneficial to reducing the design and manufacturing costs of each lens 20 and to ensuring balanced overlap between the fields of view of the two lenses 20 in the same lens group.
[0099] Specifically, in this embodiment of the invention, corresponding to Figure 5C and Figure 5D The illustrated optical center distribution diagram shows that the first annular line is a ring line with four straight sides that are opposite each other in pairs. The second annular line has four line segments that are parallel to the four sides of the first annular line. This overlapping and complementary distribution based on the field of view allows the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device to have a spatially crisscrossing field of view distribution, corresponding to… Figure 7C The projection matrix shown forms a field of view that is roughly rectangular, which is therefore ideal for applications that target indoor spaces for spatial exploration.
[0100] Furthermore, in this embodiment of the invention, each of the lenses 20 is as follows: Figure 5A and Figure 5BThe image also shows a central region 23, in which the first annular lens region 21 is arranged around the central region 23, and each of the pyroelectric sensors 10 is arranged with its infrared focusing receiving window 11 facing the central region 23 of the corresponding lens 20. This facilitates the simplification of the optical structure design of each lens 20 while meeting the aforementioned requirements for optical center design.
[0101] In particular, in this embodiment of the invention, the central region 23 of each lens 20 includes at least one lens unit 201 with a single optical center design and the same light-gathering characteristics as a convex lens, so that the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device can form a complete field-of-view projection distribution in the target space based on the arrangement of the lens unit 201 in the central region 23.
[0102] Furthermore, in this embodiment of the invention, each lens 20 is provided with a first connecting ring 24 connecting the outer edge of the first annular lens region 21 and the inner edge of the second annular lens region 22, wherein the infrared focusing receiving window 11 of the corresponding pyroelectric sensor 10 faces downward, and the second annular lens region 22 is configured such that its inner edge is lower than the outer edge of the first annular lens region 21 and simultaneously lower than its own outer edge. This ensures the effective light-receiving area of each lens 20 while reducing the thickness of the lens 20 in the vertical direction, and allows the principal optical axis of each lens unit 201 on the second annular lens region 22 to be... The biased matching of the pyroelectric sensor 10 is beneficial to ensuring effective light transmission efficiency and signal strength. The lens units 201 on the second annular lens area 22 are offset from the lens units 201 on the first annular lens area 21 relative to the pyroelectric sensor 10, reducing the projection distortion of the field of view formed by the pyroelectric sensor 10 through the lens units 201 on the second annular lens area 22. This enables the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device to form a high-density and high-balance field of view projection distribution in the target space based on the overlapping and complementary field of view distribution, thus facilitating high-precision and high-stability non-stationary human presence detection.
[0103] Furthermore, in this embodiment of the invention, with each of the pyroelectric sensors 10 having the same infrared focusing receiving window 11 facing and respectively directly opposite the central region 23 of the corresponding lens 20, the first pyroelectric sensor 10A, the second pyroelectric sensor 10B, the third pyroelectric sensor 10C, and the fourth pyroelectric sensor 10D are as follows: Figure 4AThe sensors are arranged in a four-corner configuration around a spiral direction, meaning the first pyroelectric sensor 10A, the second pyroelectric sensor 10B, the third pyroelectric sensor 10C, and the fourth pyroelectric sensor 10D are arranged at the four corners with the same infrared focusing receiving window 11 facing the same direction. This corresponds to the first lens 20A, the second lens 20B, the third lens 20C, and the fourth lens 20D as shown. Figure 5A and Figure 5B The lenses are arranged in a four-corner configuration, which helps to balance the distance differences between each pair of lenses 20. This, in turn, helps to ensure the balance of the field of view projection distribution formed by the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device based on the field of view dispersion, overlapping and complementary.
[0104] Preferably, when the first lens 20A, the second lens 20B, the third lens 20C, and the fourth lens 20D are arranged in a four-corner configuration, the two lenses 20 of the same lens group are arranged diagonally in the four-corner configuration. This allows the fields of view corresponding to the two lenses 20 of the same lens group to overlap. Based on the diagonal arrangement of the two lenses 20 of the same lens group in the four-corner configuration, the balance of the field of view projection distribution formed by the overlapping and complementary fields of view of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device is further optimized.
[0105] More preferably, the first lens 20A, the second lens 20B, the third lens 20C, and the fourth lens 20D are arranged in a four-corner configuration. This arrangement is integrally formed to avoid the impact of assembly errors on the balance of the field-of-view projection distribution formed by the overlapping and complementary field-of-view distribution of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device.
[0106] Specifically, in this embodiment of the invention, each lens 20 further includes a third annular lens region 25 disposed around the second annular lens region 22. The third annular lens region 25 also includes a plurality of lens units 201 with a single optical center design and possessing the same light-gathering characteristics as a convex lens. The optical center distribution design of the first lens 20A, the second lens 20B, the third lens 20C, and the fourth lens 20D is as follows: Figure 5C and Figure 5DThe following conditions are further satisfied: the optical center of the lens unit 201 of the third annular lens region 25 of one lens 20 in the same lens group can overlap (including partial overlap) with the optical center of the lens unit 201 of the third annular lens region 25 of another lens 20 based on translation; the optical center of any lens 20 in the first lens group and the optical center of any lens 20 in the second lens group can form the optical centers of the lens units 201 of the two third annular lens regions 25 staggered along a third annular line based on translation.
[0107] Correspondingly, the first annular line is an annular line with four straight sides that are opposite each other in pairs, and the second annular line has four line segments that are parallel to the four sides of the first annular line, respectively, around the first annular line. The third annular line is as follows: Figure 5D The diagram shows four line segments arranged parallel to the aforementioned four line segments around the second loop line, thus creating a complementary, overlapping field-of-view distribution so that the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device corresponds to... Figure 7C The projection shown has a field of view that is roughly rectangular, which is therefore ideal for applications that target indoor spaces for spatial exploration.
[0108] Furthermore, in this embodiment of the invention, each lens 20 is also provided with a second connecting ring 26 connecting the outer edge of the second annular lens region 22 and the inner edge of the third annular lens region 25, wherein the infrared focusing receiving window 11 of the corresponding pyroelectric sensor 10 is oriented downwards, and the third annular lens region 25 is configured such that its inner edge is lower than the outer edge of the second annular lens region 22 and simultaneously lower than the outer edge of the third annular lens region 25 itself. This ensures the effective light-receiving area of each lens 20 while reducing the thickness of the lens 20 in the vertical direction within a suitable diameter limit, and allows the principal optical axis of each lens unit 201 on the second annular lens region 22 to be... The biased matching of the pyroelectric sensor 10 is beneficial to ensuring effective light transmission efficiency and signal strength. The lens units 201 on the third annular lens area 25 are offset from the lens units 201 on the second annular lens area 22 relative to the pyroelectric sensor 10, reducing the projection distortion of the field of view formed by the pyroelectric sensor 10 through the lens units 201 on the third annular lens area 25. This enables the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device to form a high-density and high-balance field of view projection distribution in the target space based on the overlapping and complementary field of view distribution, thus facilitating high-precision and high-stability non-stationary human presence detection.
[0109] It is worth mentioning that, in this embodiment of the present invention, the third annular lens area 25 is configured with a circular inner and outer edge shape. Corresponding to the overall lens shape of the integrally configured first lens 20A, second lens 20B, third lens 20C, and fourth lens 20D, the corresponding structural design or obstruction of the area surrounded by the first lens 20A, second lens 20B, third lens 20C, and fourth lens 20D will not affect the light-gathering path of each lens 20. Therefore, in some embodiments of the present invention, the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device can expand the large-range mobile human presence detection function by further setting lens units and adding matching pyroelectric sensors in this area, or expand the microwave detection function by further setting microwave sensing modules at positions corresponding to this area to achieve dual-technology detection function of infrared and microwave joint detection, or expand the illumination function by setting illumination lamp beads in this area. The present invention does not limit this.
[0110] It is worth mentioning that, in order to form a rectangular field of view projection based on the overlapping and complementary distribution of the field of view, in the optical center distribution design of each lens 20 of the present invention, the first annular connecting line is an annular connecting line with four straight sides that are opposite to each other in pairs, the second annular connecting line has four connecting segments that are parallel to the four sides of the first annular connecting line, and the third annular line has four connecting segments that are parallel to the aforementioned four connecting segments of the second annular line, and the optical centers of each lens unit 201 on the same annular lens area 21 / 22 / 25 are distributed on the annular connecting line with four straight sides that are opposite to each other in pairs.
[0111] Specifically, in the state where the optical centers of each lens unit 201 on the same annular lens area 21 / 22 / 25 are distributed on an annular line with four straight sides that are opposite to each other, in order to avoid the optical centers of each lens unit 201 on the third annular lens area 25 being too far apart from the matched pyroelectric sensor 10, which would cause adverse effects on the uniformity of the field of view projection size and the uniformity of the signal intensity, in this embodiment of the present invention, in the projection area that is generally rectangular, the lens units 201 corresponding to the projections at the four corners of the rectangle are not set on the third annular lens area 25.
[0112] Specifically, in this embodiment of the invention, each lens 20 further includes two diagonally distributed lens regions 27, wherein each diagonal lens region 27 is provided with a lens unit 201, and satisfies that it matches each lens unit 201 of its respective lens 20 with the same pyroelectric sensor 10. In the state where the first lens 20A, the second lens 20B, the third lens 20C, and the fourth lens 20D are integrally arranged in a four-corner arrangement, in any two lenses 20 that are not diagonally adjacent, one of the lenses 20... The diagonal lens area 27 and one of the diagonal lens areas 27 of the other lens 20 are distributed on the outer side of the overall lens shape between the two lenses 20. This is such that in any two lenses 20 in a non-diagonally adjacent state, the field projections corresponding to the two diagonal lens areas 27 distributed on the outer side of the overall lens shape between the two lenses 20 are located at the non-diagonally adjacent corners of the projection area that is generally rectangular. Thus, based on the arrangement design of the diagonal lens areas 27 of each lens 20, the projections of the four corners of the rectangle in the generally rectangular projection area are supplemented in an overlapping and complementary manner.
[0113] To fully verify the field of view formed by the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device in this embodiment of the present invention and Figure 7C The correspondence between the projected fields of view is shown in the accompanying drawings of this invention. Figure 8 As shown, based on the principle of optical path reversibility, when each of the sensitive elements 101 of each of the pyroelectric sensors 10 is reverse-simulated as a light source with the same shape, the field-of-view projection simulation diagram of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device is shown. The low distortion advantage, high density advantage, and balance advantage of the field of view projection on the ground formed by the pyroelectric sensor 10 through each of the lens units 201 of the matched lens 20 are fully demonstrated.
[0114] To further disclose the present invention, reference is made to the accompanying drawings in the specification of the present invention. Figures 9 to 12CAs shown, based on the modified design of each lens 20, another embodiment of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device according to the present invention is illustrated. In this embodiment of the present invention, each lens 20 also includes the central region 23, a first annular lens region 21 disposed around the central region 23, and a second annular lens region 22 disposed around the first annular lens region 21. The first annular lens region 21 and the second annular lens region 22 both include multiple lens units 201 with a single optical center design and the same light-gathering characteristics as a convex lens. The four pyroelectric sensors 10 are respectively named first pyroelectric sensor 10A, second pyroelectric sensor 10B, third pyroelectric sensor 10C, and fourth pyroelectric sensor 10D. The first lens group is composed of the first lens 20A and the second lens 20B, and the third lens 20A is composed of the second lens 20C. The lens group formed by C and the fourth lens 20D is the second lens group. The optical center distribution design of the first lens 20A, the second lens 20B, the third lens 20C and the fourth lens 20D also satisfies the following: the optical center of the lens unit 201 of the first annular lens area 21 and the second annular lens area 22 of one of the lenses 20 in the same lens group can overlap (including partial overlap) with the optical center of the lens unit 201 of the first annular lens area 21 and the second annular lens area 22 of the other lens 20 based on translation. The optical center of any lens 20 in the first lens group and the optical center of any lens 20 in the second lens group can form the optical centers of the two lens units 201 of the first annular lens area 21 interspersed on a first annular line and the optical centers of the two lens units 201 of the second annular lens area 22 interspersed on a second annular line based on translation.
[0115] The difference is that, in this embodiment of the invention, the second annular lens region 22 is configured with the outer edge of the first annular lens region 21 as its inner edge.
[0116] Further distinguishingly, in this embodiment of the invention, each of the lenses 20 has two lens units 201 in its central region 23, and the line connecting the optical centers of the two lens units 201 in the central region 23 of one lens 20 in the same lens group has a relative tilt angle of less than or equal to 20° with the line connecting the optical centers of the two lens units 201 in the central region 23 of the other lens 20. The line connecting the optical centers of the two lens units 201 in the central region 23 of any lens 20 in the first lens group has a relative tilt angle of greater than or equal to 70° with the line connecting the optical centers of the two lens units 201 in the central region 23 of any lens 20 in the second lens group, thus corresponding to... Figure 12A and Figure 12BThis allows the fields of view corresponding to the central regions 23 of the two lenses 20 in the same lens group to overlap, while corresponding to Figure 12C This allows the fields of view corresponding to the central regions 23 of the two lenses 20 in different lens groups to be complementary.
[0117] Corresponding to the state where the second annular lens area 22 is set with the outer edge of the first annular lens area 21 as the inner edge, in this embodiment of the present invention, each of the lenses 20 is morphologically different from the lenses 20 of the previous embodiment, which are set in a planar or curved shape.
[0118] It is understood that in the accompanying drawings corresponding to these two embodiments of the present invention, the corresponding to Figure 3A and Figure 9 The product form of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device described herein is for illustrative purposes only. The two product forms of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device can be interchanged in terms of lens structure, and can also be modified in terms of non-lens structure based on installation or appearance requirements. Furthermore, the lens structure can be modified while still satisfying the aforementioned lens structure design. This invention does not limit these modifications.
[0119] Furthermore, in these two embodiments of the present invention, corresponding to Figure 4BThe schematic diagram shows the layout of the sensing elements 101 of the pyroelectric sensor 10. The first pyroelectric sensor 10A, the second pyroelectric sensor 10B, the third pyroelectric sensor 10C, and the fourth pyroelectric sensor 10D are all arranged in a quaternary configuration with dual channels, comprising four sensing elements 101. The sensing elements 101 corresponding to the same pyroelectric sensor 10 are arranged in a long strip shape and side-by-side in the width direction. The four sensing elements 101 are named first sensing element 101A, second sensing element 101B, third sensing element 101C, and fourth sensing element 101D according to their side-by-side arrangement in the width direction. The first sensing element 101A and the third sensing element 101C are in the same signal channel. Sensitive element 101B and the fourth sensitive element 101D are located in another signal channel. This satisfies the size requirement of the gap between sensitive elements 101 in the same signal channel, while reducing the width of the gap between adjacent sensitive elements 101 on the same pyroelectric sensor 10 to less than or equal to 0.8 mm, which helps to reduce the blind zone. It also allows the blind zone formed by the projection of the field of view of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device per unit area to approach a blind zone-free state based on the overlap of the field of view. Thus, under the size requirement of the gap between sensitive elements 101 in the same signal channel, an equivalent increase in the field of view density of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device is achieved, thereby breaking through the limitations and improving the detection sensitivity and accuracy of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device to be suitable for micro-motion detection scenarios.
[0120] It is worth mentioning that, as mentioned above, in the overall lens configuration of the first lens 20A, the second lens 20B, the third lens 20C, and the fourth lens 20D, which are integrally formed, the corresponding structural design or obstruction of the area surrounded by the first lens 20A, the second lens 20B, the third lens 20C, and the fourth lens 20D will not affect the light-gathering path of each lens 20. Therefore, in some embodiments of the present invention, the overall lens configuration can further enhance the structural stability of the overall lens configuration by further providing reinforcing ribs in this area, for example, corresponding to... Figure 13 As shown in Figure 5A and Figure 5B Based on the corresponding overall lens shape, the structural stability of the overall lens shape is enhanced by combining the long cross reinforcing ribs spaced apart by the four lenses 20 with the short cross reinforcing ribs pointing to the four lenses 20 respectively to form a star-shaped reinforcing rib structure. This invention does not limit the scope of the invention.
[0121] It is worth mentioning that, based on the structural design of each lens 20 having a first annular lens region 21 and a second annular lens region 22, and with the optical center distribution design of the lens 20 satisfying the aforementioned characteristics, the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device can also ensure the continuity of the detection range, such as... Figures 14A to 14C The diagram shows that a light shield is set on the overall lens shape, and the detection range of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device is adjusted by adjusting / changing the size of the light shield, and the visual color of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device after installation is changed by changing the light shield with different colors.
[0122] Specifically, unlike traditional lenses that, when equipped with a light shield, can only adjust the diameter or angle of the circular projection range of the corresponding infrared detection device's field of view by adjusting the light shield, the optical center distribution design of the lens 20 in this invention satisfies the aforementioned characteristics. Therefore, the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device can not only... Figure 14A and 14B The light shield shape shown forms the shapes of the two... Figure 15A and 15B Correspondingly, different ranges of field-of-view projection distribution patterns can also be based on the specification distribution of the field-of-view array units corresponding to each lens unit 201 on the lens 20, such as... Figures 16A to 17B The diagram illustrates how the shape of the projection range of the field of view of the multi-probe infrared human presence detection device is adjusted based on the design of the corresponding light shield shape, for example, in... For example, it can be used to intelligently control electrical appliances such as lighting, air conditioning, and curtains in office spaces or home environments based on human activity through ceiling mounting or wall mounting to achieve intelligent lighting control and smart home control.
