The front end of the front sleeve is shaped like a shuttle. The diameter of the rear sleeve is slightly larger than that of the front sleeve. The top of the rear sleeve is open and extends to the rear end for fixing the front sleeve and accommodating the tail of a rat. The bottom of the rear sleeve is open on both sides to accommodate and fix the bilateral lower limbs of an experimental rat and expose the knee joint. The sliding groove is located on both sides of the top opening of the rear sleeve. The sliding groove is provided with a clamping groove to facilitate the fixation of the front sleeve to the rear sleeve through the fixing knob and the clamping groove module. The bottom support plate is fixed to the bottom of the rear sleeve at the front end and is provided with an anti-skid groove to fix the device on the operating table and provide stable support and anti-skid function for the device. The two adjusting sliding doors are connected to the openings on both sides of the bottom of the rear sleeve through buckles. The distance between the two sliding doors is at least 20 mm. A handle is provided on the sliding door to adjust the size of the opening according to the diameter of the lower limbs of an experimental rat. The bottom of the rear sleeve is open at the rear end to prevent the accumulation of rat excrement from affecting the operation and facilitate cleaning and disinfection. The top of the tail end of the rear sleeve is designed like a back. The middle part of the rear sleeve is extended with a sliding groove.
