The air outlet of the air outlet panel of the air conditioner indoor unit is usually provided with exposed air guide components, such as horizontal blades, vertical blades or both, for guiding the airflow to flow out of the air outlet in a specific direction. However, the air guide components at the air outlet are exposed, which is not ideal.
[0003] On the other hand, in order to meet the requirement of air supply volume of the air conditioner indoor unit, the air conditioner indoor unit installed in the ceiling usually has a larger air outlet, and the structure and components inside the air outlet are easily visible to the user, which is also undesirable for the user.
[0004] In view of the above problems, it is expected to improve the air outlet panel of the air conditioner indoor unit, without affecting the performance of the air conditioner indoor unit, so that the air guide components and the structure and components inside the air outlet are not easily noticed by people, and the user's experience is improved. INVENTION CONTENTS
[0005] In order to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art, the utility model provides an air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel, which comprises an air outlet frame forming an air outlet and a blade, wherein the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel comprises a grid bar, the blade is arranged at a position inside the grid bar of the air outlet frame, the grid bar is arranged across the air outlet of the air outlet frame, the outer surface of the grid bar has a light-colored first color, the inner wall of the air outlet frame facing the air outlet and the blade have a dark-colored second color, and the gray value of the first color is higher than that of the second color.
[0006] Since the outer surface of the grid bar has a light-colored first color, and the inner wall of the air outlet frame facing the air outlet and the blade have a dark-colored second color, the outer surface of the grid bar can guide or attract the visual attention point of the user, hide the internal structure of the air outlet panel including the air outlet frame and the blade, and weaken the existence of the components of the air conditioner indoor unit inside the panel.
[0007] Preferably, the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel further comprises a decorative cover covering the electrical components of the air outlet panel and at least one extension panel covering at least the wall part outside the air outlet panel, the outer surface of the decorative cover or the extension panel has protrusions and grooves arranged alternately to form a concave-convex surface, wherein the protrusions and the grating bars are aligned, and the outer surfaces of the protrusions and the grating bars are flush and continuous, the outer surfaces of the protrusions and the grating bars have a first color with a light gray value, the concave surface of the grooves has a second color with a dark gray value, and the gray value of the first color is higher than that of the second color. In addition, the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel can simultaneously include a decorative cover covering the electrical components of the air outlet panel and an extension panel at least partially covering the wall part, the decorative cover is arranged adjacent to the grating bars, and the extension panel is arranged adjacent to the decorative cover, the protrusions of the decorative cover, the protrusions of the extension panel and the outer surfaces of the grating bars are flush and have the same first color.
[0008] The air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel with the above structure has a unified pattern for the air outlet position and the decorative cover or extension panel position, avoids visual differences between the air outlet and the decorative cover, ensures visual consistency of the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel whether the protrusions and the grating bars are continuously formed by being made in one piece or are connected by being spliced, the outer surfaces of the protrusions and the grating bars with a lower gray value can guide the visual attention point of the user, and a visual guidance type panel structure is provided, which well hides the components and structures inside the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel and avoids the visual attention point of the user being concentrated on these components and structures, thereby improving the user experience.
[0009] The extension panel or the decorative cover can be arranged as needed according to the installation position of the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel, and the air outlet panel can be flexibly extended by the extension panel or the decorative cover, thereby adapting to the indoor decoration style of different users.
[0010] The extension panel and the decorative cover have consistent colors, thereby ensuring visual consistency of the air outlet panel in occasions where the extension panel and the decorative cover are used simultaneously, and improving the user experience.
[0011] According to an aspect of the present application, the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel comprises a plurality of grating bars, each grating bar spans the air outlet of the air outlet frame, or each grating bar is formed by splicing a plurality of grating bar sections to span the air outlet of the air outlet frame, wherein the plurality of grating bars are independently or in groups mounted on the air outlet frame. The grating bar according to the present application can be conveniently mounted on the air outlet frame. Grouped installation of the grating bars can improve the installation efficiency of the grating bars. Splicing of the plurality of grating bar sections can improve the flexibility of installation and replacement of the grating bar sections.
[0012] According to the utility model, the outer side edge of the air outlet panel is side-sealed by the edge cover, and the processing mode is simple and has high versatility, that is, the side-sealing processing can be performed on the extension panel or the decorative cover.
[0013] Preferably, the extension panel has an opening part arranged at the extension groove to allow airflow to pass through; or the extension panel is configured to be opened to form the opening part. In this way, the extension panel can be flexibly arranged in the case where the air outlet is needed, and the use range of the extension panel is larger. Specifically, the extension panel can be used as part of the overall decorative panel, or can be used as an air inlet part to meet the needs of the air outlet of the indoor unit on the same side or to increase the air inlet amount. In addition, by adopting the extension panel structure, the area of the air inlet of the indoor unit of the air conditioner can be expanded, thereby improving the performance of the indoor unit of the air conditioner. In addition, the extension panel can also play a role as a fresh air exhaust port to supply fresh air to the indoor.
[0014] According to another aspect of the utility model, the air outlet panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner further comprises a plug-in device configured to splice the extension panel and the decorative cover, and the plug-in device comprises a plug pin, the plug pin is arranged at the side edge of the extension panel close to the air outlet, and the plug pin is adapted to be inserted into a recess at the side edge of the decorative cover away from the air outlet.
[0015] The plug-in device composed of the plug pin and the recess can splice the extension panel and the decorative cover, and can ensure that the extension protruding ribs on the extension panel and the protruding ribs on the decorative cover are aligned.
[0016] According to another aspect of the utility model, the extension panel is provided with a plurality of screw holes for fixing the extension panel at the extension groove, and the screw holes are arranged in the extension groove of the extension panel and recessed inwardly.
[0017] The screw holes are used to fix the extension panel to the mounting wall by fasteners such as screws, and the screw holes arranged in the extension groove and recessed inwardly can better visually hide the screws and ensure the consistency of the style of the air outlet panel.
[0018] According to another aspect of the utility model, the air outlet panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner further comprises one or both of a first blade parallel to the grid bars and a second blade perpendicular to the grid bars arranged inside the grid bars.
[0019] Preferably, when the air outlet panel includes first vanes parallel to the grating bars, the air outlet panel further includes first vane connectors for connecting the first vanes, the first vanes and the first vane connectors having the second color, and when the air outlet panel includes second vanes perpendicular to the grating bars, the air outlet panel further includes second vane drivers for driving the second vanes, the second vanes and the second vane drivers having the second color.
[0020] The air outlet panel sets the vanes behind the grating bars and makes them have the second color, which can effectively hide the vanes while achieving the air guiding function. By setting the vanes for air guiding behind the grating bars that are highlighted, the user's visual attention can be effectively guided, the attention to the vanes and other components for air guiding inside can be weakened, and the aesthetic appearance, visual consistency and unity of the indoor style can be better ensured.
[0021] The first vanes and the second vanes set inside the grating bars and the first vane connectors and the second vane drivers all have the second color that is darker, so that the user's visual attention can be attracted by the light color of the outer surface of the grating bars and the raised ribs, and the first vanes and the second vanes set inside the grating bars and the first vane connectors and the second vane drivers can be better hidden. By making the first vanes and the second vanes set inside the grating bars and the first vane connectors and the second vane drivers have the second color that is darker, the attention to these components inside the grating bars can be weakened, and the visual consistency and the unity of the indoor style can be better ensured.
[0022] According to still another aspect of the present application, the air outlet frame column for fixing the air outlet frame has the second color.
[0023] In this way, the air outlet frame column for fixing the air outlet frame can be better hidden.
[0024] According to still another aspect of the present application, the gray value of the second color is in the range of 0-140, and the gray value of the first color is in the range of 130-255. When the gray value is in the range of 0-140, the recessed part or the built-in component will not be easily observed, achieving the purpose of hiding, and when the gray value is in the range of 130-255, the exposed surface such as the grating bars and the raised ribs can effectively guide the user's visual attention point.
[0025] Preferably, when the first color and the second color are black-and-white-gray colors (i.e., the three values of the respective RGB color values of the first color and the second color are the same), in this case, the difference between the gray scale value of the first color and the gray scale value of the second color is greater than or equal to 50. When the first color and the second color are color colors other than black-and-white-gray colors (i.e., the three values of the respective RGB values of the first color and the second color are different), in this case, the difference between the gray scale value of the first color and the gray scale value of the second color is greater than or equal to 10. [0079] The utility model will be further described in connection with specific embodiments and drawings, and more details are set forth in the following description in order to fully understand the utility model, but the utility model can obviously be implemented in many other ways different from the description, and those skilled in the art can make similar generalization, deduction according to actual application without departing from the connotation of the utility model, therefore the protection scope of the utility model should not be limited by the content of the specific embodiments.
[0080] In the following description, "inner side" generally refers to the side of the air outlet panel 1 after installation towards or close to the indoor unit main body 200 (see Figure 5 ) while "outer side" generally refers to the side of the air outlet panel 1 after installation away from or away from the indoor unit main body 200.
[0081] Figure 1 and Figure 2 respectively show the assembled state and exploded state of the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel 1 according to the preferred embodiment of the utility model. As shown in Figure 1 , the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel 1 comprises an air outlet frame 10, and the air outlet frame 10 surrounds to form a substantially rectangular air outlet 100. As Figure 2As shown, preferably, the air vent frame 10 is formed by splicing together a first sidewall 11, a second sidewall 12, a third sidewall 13, and a fourth sidewall 14, wherein the longer first sidewall 11 and second sidewall 12 are opposite each other, while the shorter third sidewall 13 is opposite the fourth sidewall 14. However, it should be understood that in some other alternative embodiments, the air vent frame 10 may also be integrally formed, for example, using resin.
[0082] On the outer side of the air vent frame 10, the air conditioner indoor unit air vent panel 1 includes a grille strip 30. The grille strip 30 is arranged across the air vent 100 of the air vent frame 10. The grille strip 30 is stationary relative to the air vent frame 10. After the air conditioner indoor unit air vent panel 1 is installed, the grille strip 30 is exposed outside the mounting wall such as a ceiling, at least partially obscuring components or parts, such as blades, on the inner side of the air conditioner indoor unit air vent panel 1. Preferably, the grille strip 30 extends from the third side wall 13 across the air vent 100 to the opposite fourth side wall 14, and the direction of extension of the grille strip 30 is substantially parallel to the first side wall 11 and the second side wall 12.
[0083] like Figure 2 As shown, four grille strips 30 are arranged on the air vent 100, and these grille strips 30 are arranged parallel to each other and spaced apart. Each grille strip is integrally formed and independently installed on the air vent frame 10. The grille strips 30 can be arranged at equal intervals or unequal intervals.
[0084] It should be understood that the number and configuration of the grille bars 30 can vary in other alternative embodiments. The number of grille bars 30 is typically determined based on the width of the air vent 100 and the arrangement of the internal blades. Each grille bar may include multiple grille bar segments that are spliced together to form a single grille bar, creating a flush and continuous elongated outer surface, which is particularly suitable for longer air vents. Alternatively, multiple parallel grille bars 30 or parallel grille bar segments can be grouped together using interconnections to form a single unit, allowing multiple grille bars 30 or multiple grille bar segments to be installed in groups onto the air vent frame.
[0085] Preferably, the grille strip 30 is installed via a fixing structure on the third side wall 13 and the fourth side wall 14 of the vent frame 10. The fixing structure is preferably an outward-facing snap-fit groove 501. Furthermore, a plurality of vent dividers 50 are provided within the vent 100, and the outer edge of each vent divider 50 also has snap-fit grooves 501. These snap-fit grooves 501 can engage with the snap-fit mechanism on the back side of the grille strip 30 to install each grille strip 30 or each section of the grille strip.
[0086] In addition, the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel 1 preferably includes first and second decorative covers 61 and 62, which are respectively arranged on both sides of the air outlet 100, wherein the first decorative cover 61 is arranged on the air outlet frame 10 adjacent to the third side wall 13, and the second decorative cover 62 is arranged on the air outlet frame 10 adjacent to the fourth side wall 14, and the first decorative cover 61 constitutes the outer surface of the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel 1 on both sides of the air outlet 100.
[0087] In the preferred embodiment, as shown in Figure 2 the second decorative cover 62 covers the electrical components 90 mounted on the second side wall 12 from the outside. When the second decorative cover 62 is removed from the air outlet frame 10, the electrical components 90 on the inside are directly exposed to facilitate maintenance operations.
[0088] As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2 the outer surfaces of the first and second decorative covers 61 and 62 each have a plurality of ribs 601 and a plurality of grooves 602, which are arranged alternately to form a concave-convex surface. The ribs 601 of the first and second decorative covers 61 and 62 are respectively aligned with the grid bars 30 located in the middle of the first and second decorative covers 61 and 62. Preferably, the ribs 601 have the same width as the grid bars 30, and when the first and second decorative covers 61 and 62 are mounted on the air outlet frame 10, the outer surfaces of the ribs 601 and the outer surfaces of the grid bars 30 are flush and continuous. Preferably, the grooves 602 of the first and second decorative covers 61 and 62 have a rectangular recessed cross section perpendicular to the direction of extension of the grooves 602. However, it should be understood that in other alternative embodiments, the grooves 602 can also be formed as U-shaped or arc-shaped recessed cross sections.
[0089] In the preferred embodiment, the first and second decorative covers 61 and 62 are formed separately from the grid bars 30 and are spliced together to form a continuous outer surface. In other alternative embodiments, the first and second decorative covers 61 and 62 can be integrally formed with one or more of the plurality of grid bars 30 to make the outer surfaces of the ribs and the grid bars flush and continuous. The first and second decorative covers 61 and 62 can be fixed to the air outlet frame 10 by direct clamping or insertion, etc. During maintenance, the first and second decorative covers 61 and 62 and the grid bars can be removed together to expose the blades, electrical components or fresh air components on the inside. This arrangement of decorative covers and grid bars not only ensures consistency in appearance, but also reduces the number of parts and simplifies the difficulty of operation.
[0090] As shown in Figure 5As shown, the outer surfaces of the ribs 601 of the first and second decorative covers 61 and 62 and the outer surfaces of the grid bars 30 have a first color of a light shade, the recessed surfaces of the grooves 602 of the first and second decorative covers 61 and 62 have a second color of a dark shade, and the first color has a higher gray value than the second color. In terms of visual effects, that is, the first color of the outer surfaces of the ribs 601 and the grid bars 30 is lighter than the second color of the grooves of the first and second decorative covers 61 and 62.
[0091] In the present utility model, the gray value relates to the light and dark degree of the observable surface of the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel 1. The gray value (also known as the gray scale level) ranges from 0 (black) to 255 (white), representing different gray levels from pure black to pure white. For black and white gray colors (i.e., the three numerical values in the RGB color value are the same), the gray value is used to represent the brightness information of the observable surface and does not contain color information. For non-black and white gray colors (i.e., at least one of the three numerical values in the RGB color value is different), the gray value can also be used to describe the brightness (lightness and darkness) of the colored observable surface, and the corresponding gray value of the observable color can be determined by calculating the brightness of the corresponding color. Generally, the RGB color value can be converted into a gray value, and the conversion formula is: Gray value = 0.299 x R + 0.587 x G + 0.114 x B, where R, G, and B represent the values of the red, green, and blue channels, respectively. Preferably, the outer surfaces of the ribs 601 and the outer surfaces of the grid bars 30 have a first color of a light shade with a gray value in the range of 255-130, and the recessed surfaces of the grooves 602 have a second color with a gray value in the range of 0-140. Referring to Figure 6 , preferably, the upper limit (left value in the level range) of the gray value of the first color corresponds to the lower limit (right value in the level range) of the gray value of the second color, and the lower limit of the gray value of the first color corresponds to the upper limit of the gray value of the second color. Generally, the difference between the gray value of the first color and the gray value of the second color is greater than or equal to 10.
[0092] For the case of using black and white gray colors (gray scale) for the first and second colors, that is, the intensity values of the three colors of red (Red), green (Green), and blue (Blue) in the RGB color value of these colors are equal, the difference between the gray value of the first color and the gray value of the second color is greater than or equal to 50.
[0093] As shown in Table 1, when the first color is white represented by RGB (255, 255, 255), RGB (0, 0, 0), RGB (130, 130, 130) and RGB (80, 80, 80) can be used as the second color. In the case of black and white color RGB color values, all three values are equal, the gray value is equal to the value of R, G or B based on the conversion formula between RGB value and gray scale: gray value = 0.299 x R + 0.587 x G + 0.114 x B.
[0094] Table 1
[0095]
[0096]
[0097] As shown in Table 2, when the first color is white represented by RGB (130, 130, 130), RGB (0, 0, 0) and RGB (80, 80, 80) can be used as the second color. However, if RGB (100, 100, 100) is used as the second color, the contrast observed by the human eye is too small, and the black and white color is not suitable.
[0098] Table 2
[0099]
[0100] For the case of using color other than black and white for the first color and the second color, that is, at least one of the values of red (R), green (G) and blue (B) in the RGB value of these colors is not the same, the difference between the gray value of the first color and the gray value of the second color should be greater than or equal to 10.
[0101] As shown in Table 3, when the first color is represented by RGB (80, 75, 70), the color represented by RGB (30, 25, 20) and RGB (100, 25, 20) is suitable for use as the second color; however, the color represented by RGB (100, 75, 70) has a gray value difference less than 10, and the contrast observed by the human eye is too small, and is not suitable for use as the second color.
[0102] Table 3
[0103]
[0104]
[0105] As shown in Table 4 below, when the first color is represented by RGB (130, 135, 140), colors represented by RGB (30, 25, 20), RGB (100, 25, 20) or RGB (140, 120, 95) are suitable as the second color; however, the color represented by RGB (150, 155, 53) has a gray value difference of less than 10, and the color contrast observed by the human eye is too small, so it is not suitable as the second color.
[0106] Table 4
[0107]
[0108] In the preferred embodiment, the first color of the outer surface of the convex rib 601 and the outer surface of the grid strip 30 is white (RGB 255), and the second color of the groove 602 is black (RGB 0). The back of the grid strip 30 and the decorative cover can be black (RGB 0). In some alternative embodiments, the outer surface of the convex rib 601 and the outer surface of the grid strip 30 can be set to a light gray or silver color with a gray value of 130 or more. In some other alternative embodiments, the first color of the outer surface of the convex rib 601 and the outer surface of the grid strip 30 can be selected to match the specific color of the wall surface at the installation location of the air conditioner indoor unit main body 200, and the second color of the groove 602 is black (RGB 0).
[0109] In some embodiments, the grid strip 30 and the decorative cover can be integrally formed using two colors of resin material, so that the outer surface of the convex rib 601 of the decorative cover and the outer surface of the grid strip 30 have a first color, and the remaining portions have a second color. In this case, the boundary between the first color and the second color is located on the upper and lower sides of the convex rib 601 and the grid strip 30. In some other embodiments, the outer surface of the convex rib 601 and the grid strip 30 in the second color can be provided with the first color by coating a layer of the first color. Alternatively, the outer surface of the convex rib 601 and the grid strip 30 can be provided with the first color by, for example, pasting a decorative strip or a decorative layer on the outer surface.
[0110] On the other hand, the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel 1 can further include an edge cover 80. As shown in Figure 2 , the edge cover 80 is arranged at the side edges of the first decorative cover 61 and the second decorative cover 62 away from the air outlet 100, to cover the side edges of the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel 1. On the one hand, this makes the edge portion more aesthetically pleasing, and on the other hand, it also serves to shield and protect the component structure on the back side of the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel 1. The edge cover 80 can be fitted onto the side edges of the first decorative cover 61 and the second decorative cover 62 by inserting a plurality of protrusions thereon into the recesses 603 (see Figure 4 ) on the back side of the convex rib 601 of the first decorative cover 61 and the second decorative cover 62. Preferably, the edge cover 80 can have a second color.
[0111] Figure 3 A perspective view of the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel 1 according to another embodiment of the present application is shown. As Figure 3 shown, the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel 1 further comprises an extension panel 70 covering at least partially the wall portion. In some applications, the extension panel 70 is continuously spliced at the side edges of one or both of the first decorative cover 61 and the second decorative cover 62. The extension panel 70 is usually directly fixed to the wall portion (including the ceiling) using fasteners.
[0112] Similar to the outer surfaces of the first decorative cover 61 and the second decorative cover 62, the outer surface of the extension panel 70 has a plurality of extension ribs 701 arranged parallel to each other. The width and spacing of the extension ribs 701 are equal to those of the ribs 601 on the first and second decorative covers 61, 62, so that when the extension panel 70 is spliced to the side edges of the decorative covers 61, 62 away from the air outlet 100, the extension ribs 701 are aligned with the ribs 601 on the decorative covers 61, 62, and the outer surfaces of the two are flush and continuous, more specifically, the extension ribs 701, the ribs 601 and the grating bars 30 are respectively aligned, and the outer surfaces are flush and continuous.
[0113] In terms of color, the color matching of the extension panel 70 is the same as that of the decorative covers 61, 62, i.e., the outer surface of the extension ribs 701 has a light-colored first color, while the recessed surface of the extension grooves 702 has a dark-colored second color, and the first color of the extension ribs 701 has a higher gray value than the second color of the extension grooves 702.
[0114] Figure 4 A splicing device between the extension panel 70 and the decorative covers 61, 62 is shown. As Figure 4 shown, the splicing device comprises a plug 704 provided at the side edge of the extension panel 70, which is configured to be adapted to be inserted into the recess 603 at the side edge of the first decorative cover 61 or the second decorative cover 62. The recess 603 is inside the rib 601 of the decorative cover. Preferably, the splicing device comprises two plugs 704, respectively near the upper and lower sides of the extension panel 70. When installed, the plug 704 is inserted into the recess 603 so that the extension panel 70 is spliced together with the first decorative cover 61 and the second decorative cover 62, respectively, ensuring that the extension ribs 701 on the extension panel 70 are aligned with the ribs 601 on the first decorative cover 61 and the second decorative cover 62.
[0115] On the other hand, the extension panel 70 is provided with a plurality of screw holes 703 for receiving screws to fix the extension panel 70 relative to the wall portion of the installation position such as the ceiling. As Figure 3As shown, one side of the extension panel 70 has four screw holes 703, which are recessed inward in the extension groove 702, so that when the screw is inserted, the top of the screw is flush with the bottom surface of the extension groove 702. Preferably, the four screw holes 703 are distributed near the four corners of the extension panel 70.
[0116] After the extension panel 70 is installed on the side edges of the first decorative cover 61 and the second decorative cover 62 respectively, the edge banding 80 originally installed on the side edges of the first decorative cover 61 and the second decorative cover 62 can be installed on the outer edge of the extension panel 70 away from the air vent 100.
[0117] Back Figure 2 The air vent panel 1 of the indoor unit of the air conditioner also includes two layers of blades: a first blade 41 (also called a horizontal blade) parallel to the grille strip 30 and a second blade 42 (also called a vertical blade) perpendicular to the grille strip 30. The first blade 41 is located further inside the vent frame 10 than the grille strip 30. The first blade 41 is connected by a first blade connector and is rotatably supported on the vent frame 10 about a first axis extending parallel to the direction of the grille strip 30. The second blade 42 is located further inside the vent frame 10 than the first blade 41 and is rotatably supported on the vent frame 10 about a second axis perpendicular to the direction of the grille strip 30. The second blade 42 is driven by a second blade drive 521. Preferably, the first blade 41, the first blade connector, the second blade 42, and the second blade drive 521 all have a second color, thereby allowing these components to be visually hidden inside the grille strip 30.
[0118] In a preferred embodiment, the first blades 41 of the air conditioner indoor unit vent panel 1 are arranged correspondingly to the grille strips 30. For example, for the four parallel grille strips 30 in the preferred embodiment, the air conditioner indoor unit vent panel 1 correspondingly has four rows of parallel first blades 41. Preferably, the position of the first axis of the first blade 41 is substantially aligned with the grille strips 30. Figure 2 As shown, each row of first blades 41 is composed of multiple blade segments spliced together. In an alternative embodiment, each row of first blades 41 may also be formed from a single integrally formed blade.
[0119] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel 1 includes two layers of blades. However, it should be understood that in some other alternative embodiments, the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel 1 may also include only a single layer of blades, such as only a first blade (horizontal blade) 41 parallel to the grille bar 30 or a second blade (vertical blade) 42 perpendicular to the grille bar 30.
[0120] In addition, the inner wall surface of the air port frame 10 facing the air port and the air port frame column for mounting the air port frame 10 preferably have a dark second color, more preferably black, which will help to reduce light reflection of the inner wall surface of the air port frame 10 and the air port frame column, so as to be integrated with the groove 602 of the decorative cover into a continuous visual effect of a strip of the second color, and better achieve the technical effect of visual hiding of the internal structure of the air port frame 10.
[0121] The air conditioner indoor unit air port panel according to the present application can be used as an air inlet port panel or an air outlet port panel, and the airflow direction through the air port is not limited.
[0122] In the present application, the inner side of the first decorative cover 61 and the second decorative cover 62 is used to arrange electrical components. However, in other embodiments, the inner side of one or both of the first decorative cover 61 and the second decorative cover 62 can correspond to the airflow passage portion of the air conditioner indoor unit, for example, fresh air. In these cases, the decorative cover can be provided with an opening, which is usually arranged at the groove, or the decorative cover is configured to be opened to form an opening to allow airflow to flow through the opening on the decorative cover. In this case, the decorative cover can be used as a fresh air outlet. Similarly, the extension panel can be provided with an opening, which is usually arranged at the extension groove, or the extension panel is configured to be opened to form an opening to allow airflow to flow through the opening on the decorative cover. The opening can be used for air inlet or fresh air outlet. In this way, the air conditioner indoor unit air port panel can be used for air inlet or fresh air outlet, so that the application range of the air conditioner indoor unit air port panel is further expanded.
[0123] Figure 7 Further shown is a perspective view of an air conditioner indoor unit body 200 adapted to the air conditioner indoor unit air port panel 1 according to the present application. The air conditioner indoor unit body 200, also known as a ducted air conditioner, is usually installed in a ceiling in a room. As shown in Figure 7 , the air conditioner indoor unit body 200 mainly includes a fan part and a heat exchange part. The fan part makes the airflow flow through the heat exchange part and then into the indoor space, thereby achieving temperature regulation of the indoor space.
[0124] As shown in Figure 8 , the heat exchange part of the air conditioner indoor unit body 200 includes a heat exchanger 210 and a drain pan 260 located below the heat exchanger 210. During the operation of the air conditioner indoor unit body 200, condensate water will be generated due to the condensation of moisture in the air, which will be collected by the drain pan 260. The heat exchanger 210 is fixed to the drain pan 260 by a first fixing member 220 and a second fixing member 230.
[0125] The first fixing member 220 and the second fixing member 230 each include a first plate portion 221, 231 and a second plate portion 222, 232 bent relative to the first plate portion 221, 231. The first plate portion 221, 231 is configured to be detachably connected to the heat exchanger 210, and the second plate portion 222, 232 is configured to be connected to the front plate of the air conditioner indoor unit main body 200. By using the two different fixing points of the first plate portion 221, 231 and the second plate portion 222, 232 respectively, the fixing member can be more firmly installed.
[0126] In addition, the second fixing member 230 further includes a support base 236, which is preferably located below the first plate portion 231 and disposed in the drain pan 260.
[0127] In addition, in order to make the strength of the fixing member itself greater, in a preferred embodiment according to the present application, the second fixing member 230 further includes a third plate portion 233 which is angularly folded relative to the first plate portion 231 and the second plate portion 232, and the third plate portion 233 extends along the edges of the first plate portion 231 and the second plate portion 232, as shown in Figure 9A and Figure 10A .
[0128] In order to prevent the fixing member soaked in the drain pan from rusting, at least a part of the first fixing member 220 and the second fixing member 230 which will be in contact with water in the drain pan 260 should be made of resin. The resin material can include polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), etc.
[0129] In one embodiment, the part of the first fixing member 220 and the second fixing member 230 which will be in contact with condensed water can be made of resin, and the remaining part of the first fixing member 220 and the second fixing member 230 is made of sheet metal. In another preferred embodiment, the first fixing member 220 and the second fixing member 230 are integrally made of resin, which can not only prevent rusting, but also effectively prevent condensation.
[0130] The first fixing member 220 and the second fixing member 230 are respectively detachably connected to the first heat exchange tube plate and the second heat exchange tube plate at both ends of the heat exchanger 210 through the connecting structure thereon. Preferably, the connecting structure on the first fixing member 220 includes one or both of a fastener connecting structure and a clamping connecting structure. The fastener connecting structure can be one of a screw and a screw fixing seat, and the clamping connecting structure can be one of a buckle and a clamping groove. In a preferred embodiment, as shown in Figure 9A the first fixing member 220 is provided with a screw fixing seat 224, and the heat exchange tube plate on one side of the heat exchanger can be fastened to the screw fixing seat 224 by means of a screw. At the same time, the first fixing member 220 further includes a buckle 225 which is suitable for clamping and fitting with the clamping groove provided on the heat exchange tube plate.
[0131] Similarly, the connecting structure on the second fixing member 230 can also include one or both of a fastener connecting structure and a clamping connecting structure. The fastener connecting structure can be one of a screw and a screw fixing seat, and the clamping connecting structure can be one of a buckle and a clamping groove. In a preferred embodiment, as shown in Figure 10A the second fixing member 230 is provided with two screw fixing seats 234, and the heat exchange tube plate on one side of the heat exchanger 210 can be fastened to the screw fixing seat 234 by means of a screw. At the same time, the second fixing member 230 also includes a buckle 235 which is suitable for clamping connection with the clamping groove provided on the heat exchange tube plate.
[0132] During installation, the installer can preliminarily fix the heat exchanger 210 to the first and second fixing members 220, 230 through the clamping connecting structure, and then firmly fix it through the screw, so that the installer can more conveniently fix and install the heat exchanger 210.
[0133] One or both of the first fixing member 220 and the second fixing member 230 has a second color with a gray value in the range of 0-140. Preferably, a black-and-white-gray color with a gray value in the range of 0-140 is used (i.e. the same as RGB color), so that when the air conditioner indoor unit body 200 is installed inside the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel 1 as shown in Figure 7 the internal structure of the air conditioner indoor unit body 200 will not be observed through the panel.
[0134] In addition to the first fixing member 220 and the second fixing member 230 being made of a dark second color as described above, some other components of the air conditioner indoor unit body 200 can also be provided with a dark second color. These components include but are not limited to the sealing plate of the heat exchanger 210, the heat insulation member on the top plate of the side of the air conditioner indoor unit body 200 opposite to the drain pan 260, and the column of the flange on the front side of the air conditioner indoor unit body 200. Preferably, the second color is a black-and-white-gray color with a gray value in the range of 0-140 (i.e. the same as RGB color). Such color setting can avoid these components being observed by the user through the air outlet of the panel, and weaken the sense of presence of the components of the air conditioner indoor unit inside the panel.
[0135] Figure 11 Another variation of the air conditioner indoor unit air outlet panel according to the present application is shown. As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 3 the difference between the air outlet panel is that, Figure 11The vent panel shown omits decorative covers 61, 62 and extension panel 70. The vent panel includes an vent frame and a vent arrangement grille strip 30 spanning the vent frame. First blades 41 and second blades 42 are positioned on the vent frame further inward than the grille strip 30. This type of vent panel is suitable for relatively short indoor units. Similarly, the grille strip 30 has a light-colored first color, while the inner wall surface of the vent frame 10 facing the vent and the blades have a darker second color, thus achieving visual concealment of the internal structure of the vent frame 10. Figure 11 The air vent panel of the indoor air conditioning unit shown can be directly installed adjacent to the outer edge of the grille strip 30.
[0136] In addition, in some alternative embodiments, the air vent panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner may include a grille strip 30 and an extension panel 70 mounted adjacent to the grille strip, omitting the decorative cover.
