Abstract

A smoking oven comprises an oven body and a smoking chamber arranged on one side of the oven body, openable sealing door structures are arranged on the front sides of the oven body and the smoking chamber respectively, a gas distribution box with an opening in the top is arranged at the bottom in the smoking chamber, and one side of the top of the smoking chamber is communicated with the top in the oven body through a smoke inlet pipe. One side of the gas distribution box is communicated with one side of the bottom in the furnace body through a smoke return pipe, an opening in the top of the gas distribution box is covered with a heating coil, a smoking raw material storage box with meshes in the bottom is located on the heating coil, and a circulating fan driven by a motor is arranged in the top of the furnace body; the device further comprises a steam box, and drying heating pipes are arranged in the heating cavity. According to the smoking device, the smoking function can be achieved, high-temperature steam sterilization and drying can be carried out, various requirements of smoking can be met through one device, the food smoking requirement can be better met, the smoke concentration is higher during smoking, and the smoking effect is better, more comprehensive and more efficient.
