Abstract

This invention provides an online measuring device for the pitch diameter of specially made nuts, belonging to the technical field of thread inspection equipment. It includes a first conveying track connected to the output end of a vibratory feeder, and a second conveying track connected to the side wall of the first conveying track. The output end of the second conveying track is equipped with a testing platform, which has a positioning component. A four-axis worktable is positioned above the testing platform, and a thread internal diameter measuring instrument is mounted on the movable end of the four-axis worktable. Nuts on the first conveying track are intermittently pushed into the second conveying track by a pusher plate for sampling and inspection. After the nut is fed to the testing platform, it is centered and fixed by a positioning plate that rises from below the testing platform and expands outwards. The thread internal diameter measuring instrument descends with the four-axis worktable to inspect the internal thread of the nut, and the nut is sent out from the qualified product outlet / defective product outlet based on the inspection result. This method improves the efficiency of nut pitch diameter inspection.
