Soft bottle multi-station screen printing device

Abstract

This utility model discloses a multi-station screen printing device for soft bottles, including a working platform and a rotating disk, the rotating disk being rotatably connected to the working platform. The device, through the rotating disk, includes a forming and changing station, a screen printing station, and an inspection station. The rotation of the rotating disk enables the transfer of soft bottles between these stations. The changing station transports soft bottles to be screen printed, and the screen-printed bottles are transported to the inspection station for inspection. After inspection, the bottles are transported back to the changing station and output from there. The screen printing station is equipped with a first lifting guide rail, a first pushing guide rail, a third lifting guide rail, a screen printing frame, and a screen printing head, enabling screen printing processing of the soft bottles within the station. This achieves automatic feeding, transferring, screen printing, inspection, and output of soft bottles, resulting in a high degree of automation, high processing efficiency, and strong practicality.
