Frame limiting structure and vehicle

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of vehicle chassis, and provides a vehicle frame limiting structure and a vehicle. The vehicle frame limiting structure comprises a limiting plate and a reinforcing plate. The limiting plate comprises a bottom plate part and two side plate parts. The two side plate parts are respectively connected at opposite two side edges of the bottom plate part and are jointly configured into a groove type structure with the bottom plate part. The two side plate parts are respectively adapted to be connected with two side parts of a vehicle frame longitudinal beam in a width direction. The reinforcing plate is fixed in the groove type structure. The reinforcing plate comprises a plate main body and two side turn edges. The two side turn edges are respectively connected at opposite two side edges of the plate main body and are upwardly folded and extended relative to the plate main body. The two side turn edges are oppositely arranged along the length direction of the vehicle frame longitudinal beam and are both adapted to be connected with the bottom part of the vehicle frame longitudinal beam. In this way, the structural strength of the vehicle frame limiting structure is improved by using the reinforcing plate, the connecting points of the vehicle frame limiting structure and the vehicle frame longitudinal beam are increased, stress is dispersed, and the risk of cracking and welding is reduced.
