Abstract

This utility model discloses a slitting device, including a material slitting mechanism. The material slitting mechanism includes a mounting plate, with multiple oblique limiting grooves evenly spaced at the center of the mounting plate. Slitting blades are inserted into the multiple oblique limiting grooves, and the lower part of the outer surface of the slitting blades abuts against the inner wall of the oblique limiting grooves. Symmetrical through-holes are provided at the ends of the mounting plate. This utility model allows for adjustment of the position of the slitting blades and replacement of damaged blades as needed. It is simple, convenient, and easy to use, improving work efficiency. Furthermore, while using the through-holes at the ends of the mounting plate for hanging and storage, the rubber sleeve on the inner wall of the through-hole increases contact friction, preventing swaying during suspension. Simultaneously, a sealing head is used to close the through-hole, further reducing the risk of the device falling and being damaged during suspension, thus improving structural applicability and functionality.
