Abstract

The application provides an automatic operating mechanism for loading tea leaves into soft packages, comprising a feeding device, a bag taking device and a heat sealing device arranged in sequence from top to bottom, a clamping device is arranged on the outer side of the heat sealing device, the clamping device comprises a clamping jaw assembly, a telescopic cylinder, an electric sliding block and a guide rail, the shaft end of the telescopic cylinder is connected with the clamping jaw assembly, one side of the telescopic cylinder is connected with the electric sliding block, and the electric sliding block is slidingly arranged on the guide rail, the two ends of the guide rail are respectively fixed with a first connecting block and a second connecting block, a connecting plate is fixed between the first connecting block and the second connecting block, a sliding rail parallel to the guide rail is arranged on the side of the connecting plate close to the guide rail, and the sliding rail is slidingly connected with the electric sliding block. The automatic operating mechanism can automatically take out tea leaf bags, uniformly arrange the tea leaf bags, reduce the arrangement steps and improve the production efficiency.
